Absolutely wonderful product although…
Absolutely wonderful product although very expensive but worth it.
I was in agony walking a couple of months ago.but can now walk with out any pain.
I know it is not a cure for ostoarthritis but that is fine by me

It really works
It really works! particularly on small joints of the fingers
( which were very stiff before using flexiseq)
However my wrists and thumb joints are hugely better too Back to knitting !
I haven’t tried it on larger joints like the hip though so that’s for others to comment

I asked questions of support as to how this would help me as I was diagnosed as osteoarthritis of the hip with bone on bone and finally had a Total Hip Replacement.

We're sorry to hear this. FlexiSEQ works by lubricating the cartilage between the joints. If you have been told there is no cartilage between the joints - which is implied when a HCP says "bone on bone" - there is nothing for FlexiSEQ to work with. Can we ask if you got response from our support team and where you asked them these questions?
No treatment will work for all patients. However, before it is assumed that you are one of those for whom this treatment does not work, please check that:
• You are applying FlexiSEQ correctly – the product will not be effective if you do not apply a thin layer of gel and let it dry, have under-dosed or if you are covering the treated area too soon.
• Treatment has been ongoing for long enough for an effect to be seen (we recommend waiting for up to 4 weeks although an effect will usually be seen sooner, normally within 2 days; some more severely affected patients may take longer)
• FlexiSEQ has been specifically developed for osteoarthritis and wear and tear of the joints. Our product is a joint lubricant only. FlexiSEQ will not relieve pain from muscle soreness or nerve damage
If you are using the gel correctly and not receiving benefit, then unfortunately it may simply not be the treatment for you.
It hasn't worked for me
I bought this in the hope it would improve the pain from my hip when walking. I finished the first 50g tube without any noticeable improvement, bought a second tube as I thought maybe I hadn't given it enough time. Half way through the 2nd tube and I've now given up. No difference at all. I'm so disappointed.

It worked. It definitely worked
I bought the smallest tube (15g) and within two days FLEXISEQ Max worked.....boy did it work! I realised I was walking without a limp for the first time in 5 months. It is pricey, but if you deduct the cost of the gels and tablets you may have been using before, it becomes more affordable. If you have an OA flare up, please give Flexiseq Maxi a try, and I hope it will work its magic on you too.

Not sure at the moment …
I have tried this only for a short while and cannot really comment on the longer term relief it might give. Where I applied the gel I noticed a blue discolouration of my skin like it had affected the tiny veins beneath the skin. I have looked on line for an explanation but it seems that there is no interaction between the gel and veins that has been reported. Not sure and whether it is superficial or not I am unable to be certain. The discolouration was apparent behind the knee cap as well. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your feedback on FlexiSEQ. There is nothing in FlexiSEQ that would cause discolouration of the skin. One possible explanation might be that you covered the gel before it was fully dry with a blue article of clothing that rubbed against the gel and stained the skin. However, we take these matters very seriously so could you email enquiries@flexiseq.com and send through a photo so we can fully investigate and alleviate any concerns you may have.

I have used FlexiSEQ for more than 15 years now, taking me through the last years of a busy ICU career and trying a wide variety of aids for my knee pains, and now into relatively mobile retirement. A recent X-ray showed 'significant deterioration' over my last in 2012 [also bad], so I ought to be in agony. I am not, and FlexiSEQ is a saviour! Easy to apply, currently 2x 100g tubes a month for 15+ years, and SCUBA diving up to the pandemic. Highly recommended!!

I've used Flexiceq max for some time…
I've used Flexiceq max for some time when the arthritis in my knee is particularly bad. It's been a great help . I thoroughly recommend. I wish it wasn't so expensive but it is the most effective topical gel that I've come across.

First tube lasted 3 days because so much was wasted but with the second tube I put a few drops on the exact spot on my knee then wrapped it in cling film, Takes a while but I am convinced that it makes an improvement. Be helpful if it were available on NHS though.

Crucially, FlexiSEQ works by drying, putting cling film over it might stop this process - we usually recommend a thin layer as long as your index finger per joint. This gel changed the game! I can’t believe I’ve been in pain for many years! My knees, especially the left was killing me!
I was about to cancel my gym membership and then I tried the gel! I don’t know what’s in there, but it works! It works very well for me! The pain it’s gone, I put the gel 1 or 2 times a day (depends how I feel) and then the magic happens :-)
And I know someone complaining about the cost, but, honestly, I’m happy to sacrifice some coffee or lipstick to buy this gel!

As an elderly Archer I have found that FlexiSEQ has considerably eased the pain I was begining to feel in the fingers I use to draw the bow string.

IT WORKS
I have had back surgery twice and have rods and screws in spine I suffer with osteoarthritis and spinal canal stenosis first tried FlexiSEQ about 2 years ago and was surprised at the difference it makes have been using it ever since and can still keep moving
The only bad thing is that it isn't available on prescription but that wont stop me from buying it but others might find they can't afford it

Intolerant of pain meds but keeping my joints moving with osteoarthritis
I have osteoarthritis and a partially replaced knee. Arthritis is now pretty much everywhere, hips, knees shoulder and fingers. Alas I can’t tolerate any pain killing gels or tablets. I work out regularly and do get sore and am occasionally debilitated . I initially used this on odd occasions for a day or two and it seemed to work.
I have recently been using it more regularly on a hip joint and again it has been relieving pain and stiffness. It’s messy but freer movement is priceless.

Ravingly over priced!
FlexiSeq is a great product!
But it is so vastly overpriced especially applying it twice daily so 5-6 areas makes this product totally unaffordable esp buying off Amazon. If it was priced reasonably @ around £15 I’d pay for it use but it is double the price for 100g and more. Sorely disappointed which makes this product & the people whom produce and sell it rip off merchants.
Replying to Flexiseq.
For 2 years I found a on line pharmacy selling 100g normal strength for £15 a tube which made it affordable I’d purchase 10~15 tubes at a time. 2 weeks 100g lasted me.
Priced @£15 a tube I’d have it all day long but a normal 100 g is virtually double the price
50g don’t last 5 mins. Amazon I used for 3 months and each month over 3 months the price went up £60.
So this product is vastly over priced, from pharmacies & Amazon as the pharmacy I got it off don’t do the deals I had for almost 2 years. I could afford it but if I purchase 10 it was £150 odd quid now it’s near on £300.
I’m about done with you clowns and your over pricing. Keep it reasonable you’d sell absolute boat loads. I feel sorry for the people that rely on it your making it so unaffordable. Respect on a great product but massive disrespect on the pricing you can shove it!!!!

Have been using this for several months, for knee arthritis. Can’t believe how well it works. Only negative is how dirty it makes everything! Have to change sheets etc several times per week. Brilliant product though.

We're delighted to hear how well FlexiSEQ is working for you.
In terms of the dirt it's causing you it shouldn't be doing this.
We suggest letting the product dry for 10-15 minutes - after that time any excess still on your skin can be wiped away. If there is a lot of excess this might imply you are using too much so try to reduce how much you put on.
This should prevent clothes and sheets getting dirty.
