Complete scam. You will be charged additional times for $149.99 and $49.99. When you ask for a refund they say they will gladly send a refund. They owe me $200. Then they disappear.

I order 2 knee straps over a moth ago. I have never received the items but have been charged on my account. When trying to contact Flexwrap by email there is no reply. When try to contact flex through Flexwrap.com it says this site can not be reached.

Ordered a knee wrap. 4 days later they charged my CC another $200 for a warranty and a membership. Their website now appears to be down. If I actually receive the wrap that I actually ordered I'll be gobsmacked.

Never arrived or got email. Then they did two additional random unauthorized charges. I have to close my card and get a new one. STAY AWAY

Never received the item i bought, got subscribed which i didnt know about, got hold of support through email and said id get refunded but this never happened, got over $300 plus the item. Now emails get returned as unable to reach domian.This is a scam

SCAM!!! TOOK ME FOR $49.99 THE 1ST TIME, THEN TOOK OUT AN ADDITIONAL $149.99 THE NEXT DAY! I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR A "SO CALLED GYM MEMBERSHIP" OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHET TRANSACTIONS OUT OF MY ACCT. AND NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER, (which i was going to send back, because of this bad transaction) IT CLEARLY STATED ON MY E-MAILS, YOU CANCELL3D MY ORDER AND WILL REFUND MY MONEY! YOU HAVE NOT AND ITS BEEN PAST 30 DAYS.... I WANT MY REDUND. DIRTY ROTTEN SCAM COMPANY! ARE YOU OUT OF NIGERIA!!? GIVE ME MY MO EY BACK!!!!!!!!!

I too had the same experience..14.99 for the wrap...they then charged me 49.99 for lifetime guarantee. 1st why would u pay more for a guarantee than cost of product..my hsa company flagged their attempt at the 149.99 charge. They said refund. And now all contact come back undeliverable

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered two knee wraps over a month ago and never received them. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they also automatically charged me $150 for a 'membership' I never signed up for, claiming I checked a box I know I didn't. They also charged me for a 'lifetime guarantee' that was advertised as free.
After contacting their support, they promised a refund that never arrived. Now, their website has been taken down, the tracking links are broken, and my emails are bouncing back. This is a fraudulent operation. Save your money and stay away!

I wanted the knee wraps (braces) and they charged me for those and a membership of $149.99. I emailed their customer service who said they would refund the $149.99. It has been 15 days since the email and no refund. When I tried to email their customer service again the email was returned as undeliverable. Definitely a scam. I will be contacting my bank.

I just got my bill it was $149 I never received any products and it wasn't supposed to be $149 cuz I would have never ordered them at that price I am so pissed I want my money back

I too ordered a $9.99 product, but with exchange rate and shipping, it cost me $24, which I never received. When I tried to reach out, surprise, surprise, the email was not valid!

SCAM. Charged 14.99 for a product I never received then another 49.99 and 149.99. I always read fine print and there was no mention of additional charges during check out. I sent an email through their website, which is now non existent, and received a message that I would be refunded. Never refunded.

Suckered! Same as everyone else. $9.99 for the wrap, then $49.99 for a membership. Luckily I caught it that day, wrote them and received response and refund. Clicked on VIEW ORDER and the page doesn't exist. I feel like a real dummy. NEVER buy anything from an add on Fb, Instagram etc.

Never received product. Charged 9.99 then a week later 49.99 and yip never received product nor did I do my due diligence and check them out first. More fool me. Have challenged payment with my bank issuer.

100% scam, took 3 payments overall before I noticed, totalling $400!

Like every other commenter, I thought I was only purchasing a $9.99 pair of knee bands. Got hit with this $49.99 "lifetime warranty" charge a week later (why the hell would I pay 5x the price of the product for a warranty?). Contacted their CS over a week ago who claimed they issued the refund and would never charge me again. Still no refund as of today. Found these other reviews saying more charges are coming so I called my credit card company and they blocked all future charges from this merchant and also launched a dispute for the $49.99.

I am NEVER, EVER buying something advertised on Facebook or IG ever again. From now on I will only shop through Amazon for any product. This is what we get for trying to support small businesses.

Total scam. Thought I was buying a knee strap. But small print said I was joining some imaginary gym which I had no idea about until they tried to charge me $49 US. Then emails saying it is a mistake and they will refund. And then tried 7 more times to take $149 US. Bank wouldn’t stop it as saying I had agreed because I brought the strap (even though I have never received it or a refund). Just lucky I did it from a bank account I don’t use often so had nothing to take. Be warned

Scam they try to bill you for $149.00 and you never receive anything. Companies like this should be closed down. Steal from hard working people scum.
