I had the best customer experience with a very exceptional experienced flight centre representative. I’d like to say a big thank you to Nicolien for brilliantly navigating my difficult flight booking due to current airspace closures, coming up with amazing flights that were safe and suitable to achieve my destination cannot recommend flight centre and Nicolien enough with a great attitude towards finding solutions and customer care an asset to your wonderful team. Excellent service
We were seen very promptly, even though it was a busy Saturday morning.
Chantelle Crawford listened to our requests and planned a great road trip for us with flights, accommodation and hire car. All well within our budget. No hidden costs and attention to details.

Chelsea from Erina was 5 star! Patient with our somewhat mad wish list but made it all happen including a lighthouse stay in Norway!
Saved us $ where she could and took liberties in our booking after getting to know us that ended up being highlights. Supported a transfer issue while in Finland and was genuinely excited for us.

European holiday
We spent a good couple of hours with Jacey Coote at the Erina Store, she helped us plan our ultimate holiday to Europe. Jacey was thorough and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She understood exactly what our needs and wants were and was able to expertly tailor a perfect holiday for us.

Jacey Coote was the customer service person that dealt with my flight details at Flight Centre Erina Fair NSW 2250 . Jacey was so very helpful with everything explaining all the process's involved in booking the flight - arranging travel insurance - asked about car hire - Jacey emailed me when tickets were ready to pick up .
