Great consistent service
The consultant that handled my enquiry, Doug Fanning in Martin Place (MP) provided really good service consistent with my previous experience from the MP branch. Doug was friendly, efficient and resourceful in providing flight and accommodation alternatives and overcoming obstacles later for both seating on the planes and accommodation. Everything was handled promptly.
