I would never use Steph from Mornington…
I would never use Steph from Mornington again. Numerous errors in our travel plans and unhelpful when she didn’t know answers from my questions. Very disappointed as it was booked 9 months ahead and we had to change dates the week before to accommodate her mistake

The hotel that was booked by flight centre. $ 600. For 2 nights. The hotel did not charge their account. I had to pay on arrival. $200. Flight centre over charged by $400. They refused to refund the $600. Only my $200. Terrible customer service.
