Went to the Mount Gambier office to get…
Went to the Mount Gambier office to get a quote. Took about half an hour to sort it out. Quote included the OPTIONAL Captain's Pack but Alicia Marcus did not mention this. Decided to go ahead but without the extra $29 cost. Alicia got very upset - deducted the extra $29 from the quote and told me it would be best if I didn't come back again. NOT HAPPY.

Above & Beyond
My husband and I first cruised to the South Pacific in 2016 and Tennille from Mount Gambier Flight Centre booked and organise this for us. Since then we have been on 2 other cruises and various land based holidays, all booked through Flight Centre Mount Gambier. I can honestly say we have never had any issues with any of these trips but knowing that Tennille and flight centre is there if we did, reduces our anxiety and lets us have a fab time! We have recently booked an upcoming European holiday with Tennille and she has definitely covered all bases giving us various options to choose from including accommodation and tours. I have no doubt if we have any problems whilst away she will have us covered. We trust her 100%. Cannot rate her highly enough.
