Penny is amazing and I will still use…
Penny is amazing and I will still use her even though I’m a hour and a half away. Professional, friendly and we’re understanding of delayed decision making. As I was uncontactable overseas they contacted my NOK and changed a flight/ airline for me an REX airlines stopped domestic flights.
Happy to print my paperwork/tickets as I like them in my hand not electronic.

A huge shout out to Rebecca Burrows from Warragul, Flight Centre. My father was being repatriated from Holland to Australia, and Bec helped me to secure fantastic prices for the flights, making it a smooth journey for all involved. She was always there to answer all of my questions, and made sure I was fully aware of the whole process.
