Booking an international flight and not getting stressed
Your/our consultant Jessie Everett was a complete professional…she listened to us, didn’t dismiss our concerns or questions and gave her full attention..without being pushy…to achieving what we had set out to do that morning…we were with her for over an hour and nothing was too much trouble. If she wasn’t sure about anything she asked her colleagues for advice..no egos in this store..would highly recommend your company to family and friends..

My wife & I were @ your Warringah Mall store on Saturday 7/3/26 & we were served by Nina Reskov one of your consultants she has already booked a flights for a couple of weeks ago. Refused service with 1 hour to go
Walked into flight centre at warringah mall to be told I can’t see you today as we are busy, no one else waiting except me with 1 hour to closing time.Absolute disgrace and said I will take my business elsewhere.walked back passed shop ten minutes later with no one there at her desk, must want to finish early tonight.

Occasionally, we face challenges managing immediate requests due to the virtual queue, which includes customers waiting for appointments, post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling maintenance, and handling email inquiries. In this case, it sounds like they would have been working on these bookings to get the best outcome for our customers, while still working through this virtual queue. Regardless, we are sorry you feel this way.
If you can make an appointment to visit your local store, we'd highly recommend this, so you can have a dedicated sit down with a consultant to help take care of your trip.
