I ordered 3 pens and ball guide for marking the ball, and it took a week for the order to process before it shipped. I can't fathom a reason why it took 7 days to ship it out. So far the product works great, but I've only used it once.

Unfortunately I purchased a few of the pens and when they arrived, they were almost completely dried out. Issues happen but the quick response and delivery of free replacements happened immediately and I was shocked, Brandon Smith, thank you so much!

I've been very impressed with the Flight Path Pen.
The markings are clear, crisp, and easy to see. The tip is firm enough to make precise detail markings without flexing. I was also pleasantly surprised by how long the color lasted. It held up much better than I expected.

The only improvement I'd suggest is making the cap a little more sturdy and durable. It works, but a stronger cap would make an already great product even better.

For comparison, I've used Milwaukee brand markers because of their durable tips, and the Flight Path Pen holds up very well.

I did have an issue with one of the three pens I received, but Brandon provided outstanding customer service. He replaced it immediately with fast shipping and made the entire process hassle-free. That level of support says a lot about the company.

Overall, it's an excellent product backed by exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

I ordered ball marking pens in blue and black was shipped. I emailed my dissatisfaction and that I did not feel I should have to pay to return them for exchange, I immediately got a return email from Brandon Smith who apologized and said replacements are already shipped. I really appreciated the great customer service provided by Brandon. I also previously ordered tees and have had a good experience with those. Thank you Flightpath!

I bought these marker pens for my golf balls as they were advertised to stay on the golf ball permanently. I was so disappointed when that was not the case and my glove was discolored during my first round. I want a complete refund.

ink is good. it will stay longer but when the club strikes,,,, samething as sharpie happens but less.
Problem I have is the tip of the pen wears super fast after 10balls, it will start making thicker lines. after 20 balls, it will make very fat lines.

Their pens that claim to adhere better than a Sharpie are a scam. On the second green, the line I drew on the ball was smeared and after a full 18 holes, it looked way more faint than the ones I'd Sharpie'd. I can't stand when companies claim to solve a major pain point just to get you to buy their product and know that returning 4 pens is just not worth most people's time. $30+ for 4 pens for it to do literally nothing different.

Don't buy the pens thinking it's going to work better than a Sharpie.

Customer service won't respond to my email about returning the product and the false claims.

These are just like described, no smears or smudges, marks nice on golf balls. Must have vs Sharpies!!

Good customer service explained the weight system clearly. Order was received in 3 days and I saw a difference in my shot pattern immediately.

I like the way the tee holds the ball but I should have purchased the shorter tee. In order to get half the ball above the top of the driver I have to push the tee into the ground further than recommended and then the tee snaps in half. Even my daughter broke a tee after only a few swings.

Y’all help me out with another grip a weight’s . All I did was talk to ya’ll told you what happen to the grip ya’ll made it right with no problem many places aren’t that way. I will always talk good things about the company and how y’all stand behind your product.
