I can’t praise Rose and her team at Flights & Packages highly enough. We booked a holiday to the Far East with them, and unfortunately, while we were away, the war started and our return flights were cancelled. We were due to fly from Hanoi to Doha and then back to Heathrow, but all flights were suspended.
From the moment the problem arose, Rose and her team were absolutely on it. They acted immediately, arranged an extra week for us at the hotel so we weren’t left stranded, and then successfully secured alternative flights for us from Shanghai back to London.
While staying at the hotel, we met several other travellers who were stuck and having real difficulties because they hadn’t booked through a travel agent. Seeing the contrast really highlighted just how invaluable Rose and her team were.

We have recently returned from a fantastic trip to India, expertly organised by flightsandpackages.com. From the initial planning stages to the moment we touched down at Heathrow, the entire experience was superbly managed.

My wife first spotted the trip online, and having not visited India for over a decade, we decided to take the plunge. Our initial enquiry was handled by Rose, who proved to be a "fountain of knowledge" throughout the process. She provided the kind of exceptional customer service that is all too rare nowadays.
The booking and pre-trip communication were faultless; Rose tailored the itinerary to our personal preferences, including adding an extra week in Goa exactly as we requested.

A true standout moment occurred while we were in Jaipur: Rose called us personally just to check that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our experience.

Having visited India before, we were slightly anxious about the long drives between locations. However, we needn't have worried. Upon arriving in Delhi, we were greeted by our driver, Prakash, whom we liked instantly. He was not only a superb driver but also an excellent guide—full of interesting facts and 100% committed to ensuring we had the best possible experience.

Our journey took us through Agra, Ranthambore, and Jaipur before returning to Delhi. The city guides were knowledgeable, accommodating, and happy to act as photographers when needed. Most importantly, there was no "hard sell"; we were never pressured to visit shops or factories against our will. The retail outlets we did choose to visit were fascinating (we were certainly glad we hadn't packed to our luggage limit on the way out!).

Every city offered unforgettable sights and awesome experiences. When it came time to head south, our flights to Goa were perfectly timed. The transfers to and from our hotel in Cavelossim were waiting for us exactly as planned, making the transition as smooth as the rest of the trip.

If you are looking for a well-organised, pressure-free, and deeply enjoyable tour of India, we cannot recommend this team highly enough. To emphasise just how impressed we were, we have already been in contact with Rose to organise another trip to a different part of India for November 2027.

Having found the trip I wanted to do, Myra was so helpful. I was able to tweak the trip to suit us. Communication was brilliant and every question was answered quickly.

On arriving in India, we were met by our driver Manoj who stayed with us until we flew to Goa. He was so helpful and friendly and became very protective towards us. Anything we wanted, he made sure we had it. The guides we had in each city were very good and informative,

All the hotels we stayed at were very good. Clean, wonderful staff and excellent food.

The whole trip went smoothly except for the internal flight from Delhi to Goa but this was due to Indigo changing the flight time and flight number on the day we flew.

We did a personal tour with our own car and driver and if anyone is thinking of doing the golden triangle, I would highly recommend this company to book your tour.

We had kerry looking after us during the booking process and and was at hand when we had major issues with the weather and on our return to the UK he managed to arrange refunds for us from the bus/train companies. He was polite and efficient with any dealing we had with him and I would recommend him and the company to anyone. Thank you

We booked the tour with the excellent Pam. She was responsive and helpful. The tour was good value compared to others we were looking for and gave us more than just Kerala - we started in Bangalore and worked our way down.
Our driver was Arun and all along he was helpful, informative and punctual. Arun was lovely and engaging. Driving was a high standard and we never felt unsafe - and we did see some bad driving by others. Car was clean and water provided every day.
We went in early October and some of the hotels were quiet as we were a little off season. One hotel had more staff than guests. Food was varied in the hotels and offered a range of lovely Indian food and western options for the less brave. Often options were made fresh to your order - the fresh breakfast dosas were great.
Itinerary was good and had a range of scenery, nature and history along the route. The nature of the trip meant there was some long drives - we had ample rest stops when needed and knowing you have long drives - take music or books.
The house boat was a little run down but it’s a local experience and that’s what you get. That said - It was clean and staff were friendly and preparing tasty food in a small space. Loved chugging around the waters.
The last hotel was the Isola Di Cocco Ayurvedic Beach Resort. It had some of the best food of our trip and the staff were in hand to explain the Indian food and how it was cooked. The hotel was more isolated than we thought and is definitely meant for those seeking downtime and relaxation. The rooms were lovely and I loved the outdoor bathroom! We had bad weather there which limited our options (nothing the company can do - just bad luck) and the beach (which you had to take a boat to) was poor - camel and horse rides, littered and no swimming possible. The hotel had a fabulous pool though and the spa sessions were good.
All in all - very happy with the tour and Arun made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

I booked for my daughter and I to do the Golden Triangle, Ramthambore National Park and Goa on a 13 night package. Staff based in the UK whom you booked with were very good and went through the whole itinerary. I received Rose's direct email so could also contact her with any queries. The staff representatives in India were fabulous and kept in contact with us via what's app. We had a private driver Sonnu who was brilliant and looked after as dying the Gokden Triangle and Ramthambore. He also gave us his number in case we had any issues. Everything went without a hitch and I was very impressed with the customer service. Would definitely recommend this firm for others and would use again.

We contacted Khuram on 0203 011 3062 when we were searching for our holiday. He was super helpful and efficient and found us several excellent options to choose from. We went for an excellent new hotel Kora Beach Resort in Phuket. Just back from the holiday which was excellent and stress free. All flights and transfers ran smoothly and the service and communication from Khuram was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Flights and Packages and Khuram to anyone looking for a lovely holiday

I have sent approx. 31 emails in relation to this booking, which I find unacceptable. I booked through Shantil, she must be the worst agent ever, extremely disingenuous. I should have realised at the start when the wrong flights (wrong dates and wrong airlines) were sent on 3 occasions. Two days before departure we realised the flights times had changed, the same thing happened when we were returning, we then realised we had been sent the wrong itinerary. When I emailed them on my return they stated “we identified that a technical system error did occur during the processing of your flight” This error cost us money which, they agreed refund but 3 months on still nothing. I am now taking the necessary action to claim monies spent, together with compensation for the poor handling of this booking.

Excellent itinerary & great value. Extremely efficient company - despite the Middle East bombings they found us an alternative way home that was safe. They also paid for 2 extra nights at Hotels. Whatever questions we asked were answered quickly. Great customer service.

We have now returned from a fabulous holiday in Costa Rica and I wanted to say thank you very much for organising it all for us Myra. All the pickups and transfers went like clockwork, even down to being given a sticker at one transfer stop so we didn't have to pay to use the bathroom! Quite a feat of logistics.
We had a wonderful time and would use Flightsandpackages again.

The 3 capital river cruise to Vienna, Budapest+ Brataslavia was an excellent trip , good value for money , amazing ship + lovely staff. The only thing I would change would be to have transfers from + to the airport ( obviously this would be at a cost). Also the Great Western Hotel we stayed in on the first night had been changed to The Plaza, which was still a nice hotel but confusing.

The Kerala tour was a great experience. It was well organised and staff at the London office were very helpful. The itinerary was full and little time was wasted as our driver had pre booked guides at the major sites. Kumar was an outstanding driver. He was friendly, informative and knew all the best places to stop for rest breaks en route. We cannot recommend him highly enough, as he contributed much to the enjoyment of our holiday.

Great value holiday

Just returned from a spectacular eleven night tour of Kerala. From beginning to end the tour was seamless with our driver, Lali, being atuned and responsive to our every need. We were provided with front row seats at all the excursions and constantly supported with timings and directions. Every hotel was superb with service, and particularly food, that surpassed our expectations. We can particularly recommend Pepper County Homestay where Cyril and Dolly were wonderful hosts and the Tea Harvester where the food was fantastic and the views awe-inspiring. Flights were on time and Emirates are a joy to travel with. Flew back with Etihad who are not quite to the same standard but pretty close. Communications with Flights and Packages team were timely and always polite and helpful.

A very good and balanced trip spoiled by a very dirty House Boat at Kerala.
This was particularly disappointing as the boat trip was what my wife most looked forward too.
Our driver, Renjith, was excellent.
A very competent driver and an all round nice person. He added to the quality of the holiday!

Rome, Florence and Venice. The only thing I would have changed would have been having our hotel in Rome a bit more central. Also, we didn't give ourselves enough time to figure out the Termini Train Station and missed our train but all part of the adventure. Florence was our favourite hotel and city! Thank you so much for a memorable trip.

We have just got back from a southern Indian tour. We thought it was amazing. Our driver Arun made our holiday. A good mix of culture, wildlife and relaxation.

The organisation was first class and faultless.

We booked our holiday to India in December 2025, leaving 24th January 2026. Not much time to organise everything but the service and support from our agent, Pam, was first class. The holiday was everything we could have wished for and all of the travel arrangements around India were excellent. You know you are in good hands when the agent exudes confidence and a thorough understanding of your particular requirements. And all the guides and drivers in India were polite, attentive and totally on top of their game. We could not recommend this travel company more highly.
