I purchased the Flikover plan priced at ₹1,200 today, primarily to use the Canva tool included in the package. Unfortunately, the tool is not functioning properly and keeps prompting me to upgrade my plan, which defeats the purpose of purchasing Flikover in the first place. This experience has been disappointing, as I expected a fully functional service based on the advertised features. Given the issues and the inability to use the tool as intended, I am requesting a full refund for my purchase. I hope the team addresses these problems promptly.
