They gave me the wrong itinerary

If I could have given less that one star, I would have. Gary sent me the wrong itinerary so I arrived at the airport late and missed my flight. Gary seemed to be nice and was still nice when he told me that he wasnt going to refund the cost of my flight. Afterwards, Air Canada informed me that they had sent an updated itinerary to Fliotravel10 days before the flight, but Gary failed to forward it to me. I would not recommend this company especially if you are not located in the same city that they are in and able to sue them.

Wonderful Way to Get Airline Tickets

I had a wonderful experience with Gary. He provides excellent communication and he is caring and helpful. Additionally he helps find the best flight and options especially for what I needed was a direct flight. I highly recommend Gary and Filo Travels.

I found a great guy who works with FlioTravels.com.
he was patient, careful and found me tickets that were reasonably priced that fit nicely into my time schedule with short 1 stop flights, all with same airlines so I didn't have to worry about connections. Please give Garry a call, you will be happy you did!

I had an stress-free experience planning my trip because fliotravel.com took care of my plane tickets and hotel booking at the best price within my budget. Garry my agent worked very hard so that I could focus on packing and getting my kids together for our vacation.
