I ordered a flip and dip for my MT-09 and encountered multiple issues with Irish customs. Of course, this wasn’t their fault. Char from Flip n Dip was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on my order.
I’ve never seen better customer support.

Came here with my MT07 wanting a sleek and stealthy Tail Tidy . I must say the guys here are doing a great job . Left my bike for 45 min bracket was all fitted and ready to go . Big thank you to Matty and Callum for sorting me out . 10/10 service

If you want to clean the rear of your bike up this is the best place to go its a one stop shop for all things tail tidy related , got the intergrated rear lights too! If your too busy to drop in no drama they have online store thats quick delivery no messing.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Flip N Dip based on my experience.

The licence plate bracket I purchased did not work properly for its intended purpose. The locking shim positioned my plate too high, which resulted in the plate being at an incorrect angle and ultimately led to me receiving a traffic infringement notice.

I contacted Flip N Dip within their 14-day return period to raise the issue. Instead of offering a return or refund, I was advised to “bend the plate to the desired position.” I followed their recommendation, but this created another serious problem — the plate subsequently began making contact with my rear tyre while riding, leaving the bracket effectively unusable.

I contacted Flip N Dip again and requested a refund for the bracket and locking shim, but my request was denied. I was willing to return the items at my own expense, but could not get a satisfactory resolution.

I’m disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received. In my experience, the product did not perform as advertised, and following the solution recommended by the company resulted in further problems.

I genuinely like F&D products and have them on all 4 of my bikes, however on my latest order items were missing, and several emails to their “help” email and their “we will sort it out personally “ to not have a single response is truly unacceptable, maybe time for another brand if that’s their ethos towards clients

Another great bracket from Flip N Dip, added with the rear light makes them the one stop shop for upgrading the rear of bike. Makes back end of my S1000R look amazing now, is 3rd bracket from them and everytime it’s easy install and fast dispatch/delivery
