Terrible ordering and delivery experience
My company needed an industrial camera, and we were in a hurry, and the website said free 2-day shipping, so we ordered from there. For starters the ordering process was a nightmare. I was asked to setup a profile, so I set one up for my company, which I did, including the VAT number, delivery address, etc. Then it wants to charge me VAT, even though I have entered out VAT number into our profile, and I discover that despite having entered the company's VAT number in our profile, it's not in the order. So I add it to the order. Now it wants delivery address, which I've already entered into our profile, but it's not there, so I enter it again. Finally once we're all done it wants €8.99 for "2-4 day priority shipping". What happened to "Your order qualifies for free 2-day shipping?" So I restart the whole thing, confirm 100% that I qualify for free 2-day shipping, that I am logged in, that the VAT number is entered in the profile, etc. Same result: I have to pay for shipping, nothing from my profile is included in the order, etc. At this point I should have just ordered from someone else, but we were in a huge hurry, so I ordered it. Now it's 4 days later and I get a text message saying that it will be delivered to our "home" (it's an office address, it's a company order, the VAT number's in the order) Tuesday night. So we will hopefully get it on Wednesday, almost a week from when we ordered.
Oh, and the tracking is in French (despite my browser being configured for English), I had to use Google Translate to read it.
Terrible ordering experience, something is seriously wrong with this website.
