To someone my age who isn't confident…
To someone my age who isn't confident buying online it was a joy to be able to make a phone call and speak to a human being and not a computer. The person l spoke to was very knowledgeable about the item l was after and answered all my questions.
The item has been delivered when it was expected , l haven't had to unpack it yet , that's for tomorrow. Very satisfied with my treatment from this company.

I realised immediately after ordering that I'd forgotten something, with a few minutes to go before the order cut off time. I phoned and spoke to a human (itself unusual now), who amended the order straight away. Delivery was fast as per the web site, and the product excellent.
