Highly recommend
The sales floor was immaculate and organised, the staff incredibly efficient, polite, friendly and helpful - even putting a layer of cardboard in my car to protect it from any dust from my purchase.

I have not started using it
I have not started using it, but clicked the mop head without attaching the little piece…so it’s not possible to detach the mop head now… I am told by Marldon themselves… without breaking it! So there should have been warning or instructions on the box itself.
The product is returnable at your own cost … but not refunded as they can’t resell the product.
So beware… there is an instruction how to attach on the you tube … watch before you “ click”

We are very sorry to hear that you had difficulties with the advanced cleaning kit. As advised when you spoke with Lisa, you could try to remove the handle from the mop head, but there is a chance it may break. Thankfully, the cleaning kit is still in full working order, even without the small piece that is missing.
Regarding the return, our collections are handled by external couriers who do charge a fee that we unfortunately have to pass on. However, as mentioned, if you prefer to return the kit yourself, you’re very welcome to do so. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding and are sorry again for any inconvenience caused.
Good quality products
We are using Marldon products: adhesives, primers, levelling compound for few years now and they are great quality and easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone.

No aftersales service. Bought a floorsander at great expense on the provisos that they would supply the belts. Now they tell me the belts are no longer available. 'That's life' is what they told me.

We have looked into this further for you and can see that as you bought the machine from us over 20 years ago, we unfortunately don’t stock the belts as standard anymore. We are able to order these in a special item for you but as you are aware, there is a minimum order qty. As I’m sure you can understand, we’re unable to guarantee that we will stock an item for such a length of time as some things are out of our control.
