I have shopped with Flora and Fauna a number of times now. I was drawn to the company for their vegan ethics. I usually stock up when my favourites are on special; bonus being that I get really good products at really good prices, and free postage. What's not to love? 😊

The autumn beauty box was the bomb! Full of lovely, planet friendly, vegan treats. I also ordered green curry paste, have ordered before and obviously love it! Very quick delivery.

What a wonderful place to shop online knowing every product is cruelty free. No need to check labels like other shops as all the products are vegan friendly. Easy to use website, rewards program and always delivered on time. Love, Love, Love it!

I'm really happy with my purchases. I'm trying very hard to cut plastic out of my daily life and the toothpaste is a great start. Love the spearmint scent in a glass jar. No plastic in packaging either. Also purchased deodorant paste in a tin. Delivery is fast. Very pleased with the company.

Love shopping with Flora and Fauna as they house most of my favourite low/no tox products and helps educate about the newer brands in the market. Also they run promos and discounts all year around making shopping a lil less expensive. Thank you for all that you guys do! I wanted peppermint body wash .

Could not find when ordering this year. As last year this is what I purchased.

I settled for lime and peppermint soap which is ok.
The tooth paste is great but hope for larger tubes next time as these will last about two weeks.

Super happy with my purchase. Just topped up on a Koala Eco product I forgot I ran out of (had not purchased from here before). Shipment arrived in 2 days with the standard shipping option plus a handwritten note.

I've been a regular customer for a few years now. Only ever had one issue out of my many orders and they were happy to resolve it. Great customer service, awesome range, amazing ethics. So glad the store is back and running after the changes - never realised how much I relied upon it once it was gone! All that's needed to make the store better is an even bigger range and better way to request products/brands

The floral wreath that was created for my mother in laws funeral flowers was exceptional and was admired by so many on the day. We could not believe that what we had visualised had been made. So very impressed thank you very much.

Paid express shipping to get a gift for a colleague going up the coast. It hasn't arrived five days later and delivery keeps getting pushed back. In response to my emails, they keep resending a stock standard supply saying during busy times, they can't guarantee express delivery. Yet they still charge for it....
