Excellent customer care and communication
I live overseas and wanted my mum to feel special on her birthday, so I placed an online order with Floral.mu for a bouquet and a cake to be delivered to her. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful. My mum loved it and it truly brightened her day.
What impressed me as well was the clear and prompt communication. Floral.mu kept me updated through WhatsApp, letting me know when the order was being prepared, when it was out for delivery, and when it had been delivered. Even from abroad, I felt reassured knowing exactly what was happening.
The first cake we received, however, was overly sweet and not to my mum’s taste. I raised this concern with Floral.mu, and I was genuinely impressed by their response. Within just a few days, they sent us a replacement cake that was less sweet and perfectly suited to my mum’s preference. This thoughtful gesture made us feel valued as customers and showed their commitment to excellent service.
Although the original cake did affect the flow of the birthday celebration, the way Floral.mu handled the situation left a lasting positive impression. Their generosity, consideration, and quick action turned things around for us.
Because of this, I would definitely order from them again for future special occasions, knowing that not only do they deliver beautiful products, but they also truly care about their customers’ satisfaction- even when ordering from abroad.

It was easy to place an order and the delivery arrived on the schedule time and date. This was a surprise for my nephew who turned 5 he loved both the cookies 🍪 and cake. It was freshly made! He also received a card with the specialised messaged printed on.
Overall it was all great as this was my first time ordering online from abroad. Definitely recommend if you would like to surprise your love one on their special day.

Prompt and Swift service
Swift service - Ordered online and from there I received a WhatsApp msg requesting recipient’s mobile number for contact but unfortunately they did not have a local sim. I provided the house phone number and Google pin location and a hint next to the entrance and that was it. Delivery was confirmed and proof of delivery and who signed for it was provided via WhatsApp. Amazing 5 star service 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Highly recommended. Roses as well were superb 👌. Thanks guys!
