Sourced 2 different category car types with 3 examples per category and prices..and when we had decided, took care of everything. Very easy and got the exact car type when collecting our car at MCO. Rarely do you get this level of customer service these days. Not only was Nathan the cheapest around he also went above and beyond for us. We had a puncture while in Florida, I emailed Nathan as we were unsure what to do. He called me less than 30 seconds later (despite it being a Sunday, out of hours and a 6 hour time difference) he had the directions of where to go and get it sorted. We ended up having another car ready to go when we arrived there. Absolute 10/10 service, thanks again Nathan.

Nathan, @floridacarhireforless.co.uk, is so helpful all the way through booking process & beyond. Given a choice of companies/cars/prices to choose from. Felt safer booking through him as everything fully insured. Would definitely use him again.

Nathan was excellent. Everything was sorted by him before I left the UK and the picking up of the hire car was seamless in the US. No issues or problems and I had the car and level of cover I wanted. I will use again.

Hi from start of my booking with Nathan has been very helpful and professional about are experience explains everything and also we got to airport and found that car hire place did as nt have a 7 seater car for us we contacted Nathan and he was more than happy and could ant of done anything more about sorting this issue out for us even tho it was late at night back in the uk thank you very much Nathan

Fantastic customer service from the get go, answered a thousand questions I had and continuously rebooked for me to get a better price. Ended up with a Jeep Wagoneer L with Alamo and everything was flawless. Took 5 minutes to collect the car and even less time to drop off! Thanks to Nathan and the team. Best prices around

Excellent from day of booking.

We have used Florida Car Hire For Less twice now and the pre holiday customer service, on holiday communication and after care has been 5*. I changed my mind on what sort of vehicle I wanted after booking and honestly they changed it with no fees, no issues and found us the best prices.
We had an issue with the rental company not having our vehicle on one of our trips and though it was 11pm back in the UK Nathan sorted this for us and got us on the road in an alternate vehicle as soon as he could.
We genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else now and are looking forward to our upcoming booking with them.

I don't think you can get better service. Nathan helps all the way.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Nathan. We booked a car a couple of weeks ago but today I was worried about the collection and return times at Orlando. I emailed my concerns and within 5 minutes Nathan rang and changed our times and sent new paperwork. Totally reassured first time visitors.

The BEST Rental site, do not book with anyone else other then these. If you have rented cars in Florida before you will know that the rental desks put pressure on you to purchase insurances when you get there that your booking does not include, the rentals from this site include all insurances and you get no pressure at the rental desk! Everything is transparent and there are no hidden fees! Its nice to see a car rental site not scamming people for once, keep up the good work!

Had a late change to our flight time so needed to alter the pick up and drop off times for the car. Nathan sorted in minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will certainly use next time we are there.
