From the very beginning, Jennie at Floridatix has been absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help organise all of the tickets for both my family’s holiday and my sister Ciara’s family, and she made the whole experience completely stress-free.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She was always so friendly, patient, and happy to answer our questions, making sure every little detail was taken care of. Knowing Jennie was looking after everything gave us so much peace of mind, and thanks to her, the entire process ran so smoothly.
Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, but Jennie truly exceeded all expectations. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have the best experience possible.

I missed booked the dates on my tickets, with the new dynamic pricing by the parks is not straightforward to change the dates
But no worries from these guys, explained very clearly and got sorted

A welcome surprise
I had already booked a Disney, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld package for our upcoming holiday, and the service was brilliant from start to finish. I was considering adding some time at Universal, but buying another 14-day ticket seemed like a waste when we already had 14 days at Disney planned.
This is where FloridaTix really stood out. They offered a fantastic 5-day Universal ticket, which was the perfect solution and meant we didn't have to pay for days we wouldn't use.
Penny was amazing throughout the process, helping me book everything seamlessly and making it completely stress-free. Thanks to her, we now get the best of both worlds and can't wait for our trip! 5 weeks and counting thank you floridatix!!

Customer service was second to none!!
I had some issues receiving my tickets and they were absolutely fantastic in sorting it.
Penny was so helpful, kept me in the loop about what was happening and how they were going to resolve the situation every step of the way.

Disney date change due to flight changes.
Penny assisted me today with a date problem due to my airline changing my flight dates, I tried online but was not able to find what I required. Penny checked my order and was able to replicate my order but with the adjusted dates. Excellent customer service and a cheerful voice too. Thank you very much.

I received our tickets today and realised I had made a mistake and put the wrong surname on one of the tickets. I instantly emailed them and I was lucky enough to deal with Jennie. Great service from Jennie. I explained what I wanted to do during my visit to Florida and she worked up all of the options to ensure I was getting the best deal. Several date changes later by me which she was accommodating with and I finally booked.
