Excellent service under difficult circumstances. Holly was always polite and friendly and made sure that I was kept informed at all times as to the progress of the job and when the engineer would be arriving. Tom fitted a new oil boiler and oil tank and very happy with the results. Tom was always polite and a very tidy worker.
As a female on her own they made me feel at ease and comfortable and would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

He came promptly on time and sorted out numerous glitches with the old pipe work , electrics and Rayburn .

I chose Flow 4 to have a new boiler installed with a chemical wash through to the whole system prior to the installation. The cost of the new boiler and chemical wash through was very competitive. Although two days had been set aside to complete the work they were not fully required due to good time management of the engineer Mark. The work carried out was exemplary with no corners cut and everything done to a very high professional standard. Everything about the boiler operation and the questions I asked were fully explained and answered. The work area was left clean with all the rubbish taken off site. The admin support and liaison from Hollie was also very professional making the whole process seamless from start to finish. I totally recommend the Company and they are now in my telephone directory as my Heating Engineers of choice.

Mark was both efficient and polite. He kept the disruption to a minimum and cleared up when he finished. We would use Flow4 again if we needed works done and would particularly request that Mark carried out the work.
