It would take too long to write about the endless messages that went unanswered and the ridiculous amount of time spent trying to find out if my flowers would be delivered. As for the endless messages from the bot.......
They claim to be the best flower delivery company in Hong Kong but they have no interest in finding out whether things have gone wrong. The only way to complain is to write to the person about whom you're complaining.
So much time wasted getting nowhere!

Flowerchimp were recommended to me by a friend as I do not live in HK anymore. I needed funeral flowers for a relative and Flowerchimp customer services were excellent in responding and organising the Flowers for me.

The order was placed online around 11:00 am, and the recipient received the flower basket at 2:25 pm. I am very happy with the prompt delivery. Also, the hotline staff member, Sunny, was professional in answering my enquiries and following up on my order.

Everything was as promised in my opinion: the delivery time, the product—nothing to add. I simply hope the customer service remains the same in the long run, as I've been ordering from this platform for a year now.
