Great service! Beautiful flowers

Everything was great except I was bothered by the fact when I payed almost $75 in total and thought same day shipping came with that price. I was told it would be shipped the next day instead. However, they did arrive and she loved the bouquet. That's all that matters.

I am always skeptical about ordering flowers that I cant see before I purchase them but FDE set my concerns to rest. My girlfriend loved her flowers and it was a huge success!

I'll admit, I was wary at first. I had found out late on a Friday afternoon that is was my bosses birthday so I tried to scramble a last minute flower delivery for her, which after placing the order I was sure would not make it. Then I found out the was going out of town for the rest of the week and was leaving imminently. The flowers seemed pretty moot at that point so I decided to cancel the order, which was a process. I had to call the customer service line 4 times and sit on hold for 30 minutes before I actually got a chance to speak to someone. The woman I spoke to was vary kind but and was determined to do everything in her power to make sure the order got to my boss but unfortunately it just wasn't going to happen. I would honestly have given a lower rating if it wasn't for the customer service provided by the woman I spoke with.

Ordered some yellow roses, they were absolutely beautiful!

I had sent my wife some flowers and they turned out beautiful. They were not delivered on the day specified due to my wife not hearing the doorbell. I called customer service and they were very good about helping out and finding out an ETA when they would be delivered on the next day. I will be using thier service again

I ordered a peace lily from FDE to be sent to a funeral home in a different state than I'm in. The plant was delivered to the correct place promptly. I am very pleased with their service.

The flowers were delivered on the same day, but arrived in the evening due to delivery truck breakdown. Was impressed by delivery guy as he called twice to let me know about things.
