Awful! Bought an Invincipaw elephant toy and within 14 minutes, our Labrador had destroyed it. Poor materials - don’t waste your money. Waiting for the replacement toy being delivered but not holding out any hope it will last longer.
Company give you the opportunity to review but negative reviews are clearly deleted as they surprisingly only have 5* reviews! In no way is this product as good as the advert makes it sound.
Absolute scam!

Under no circumstances buy an ‘invincible’ toy from this website. Advertised as being made from ‘the toughest materials’ and ‘100% indestructible’ - this is an absolute joke. What’s even more laughable is the staggering £18 they charge for the toy that lasted a mere 12 minutes with my puppy. I’ve had better lasting toys from Aldi. Customer service contacted and refuse to provide refund despite the blatant false advertising, instead only offering a replacement of the same toy. Not able to even offer a similarly priced product from the website as it ‘is from a different range’. I left a comment under one of their instagram ads complaining about this which they promptly deleted - clearly worried about the bad press. I would love to know where I stand with my consumer rights on this - out of principle I want my £19 back!

I complained to advertising standards and got a response yesterday to say they had contacted Fluffspets with advice. It seems Fluffspets have since updated their page on the InvinciDino to say that it is, in fact, not indestructible and have removed some, but not all, of the misleading wording/promises. Hopefully no one else will be sucked in by these useless toys!

As everyone says… it’s a load of rubbish. Our toy lasted less than a week (last cheap toy from pets at home costing £3 lasted over 6 weeks) the life time guarantee is rubbish, they will send you one replacement which you can then expect to pickup the bits of the week later. They refuse to refund. Marketing is very misleading. Also just found Temu selling the same toy for less than £5.
Our dog is not a heavy chewer.

This company is a total scam - the products are of very poor quality and fall apart in a very short space of time. They then send a 'one-time' replacement of an equally poor quality toy and refuse to replace or refund in blatant disregard for consumer rights. Avoid!

Bought two of the “invincible toys” / wolf and elephant. My small dogs destroyed both in literal seconds. Tail off, stuffing pulled out, head off, more stuffing. Appalling waste of money. Don’t want replacements because they’re so awful. Refunds are not for being missold and only work if item is in the same condition as when arrived and you need a receipt which they don’t send. Also even if you got a receipt you’d have to send it back to China. Avoid this company. It’s been a very expensive learning experience for me (£30 down the drain).

Ordered a toy that's supposed to be for heavy chewers, all this hype about it being invincible. Absolutely destroyed in under an hour. Emailed company who claim to replace it and no reply, it would be better to buy lots of cheaper toys (some have lasted way longer)
