It turns out that reading your booking details matters

Failed to read booking details & confirmation messages, then blames the tour operator when they fail to board. Staggeringly unprofessional.

My review of Fly High service:
To me, it is a first-time experience going through a private travel agent for the purchase of tickets. When I am used to booking a package tour from those commonly known travel agencies, purely acquiring two tickets would entail more problems than I first thought.

Thanks to Fly High Travel Agent, especially their experienced and dedicated personnel, Pansi, who made my plan of travelling on plane with my 93 year-old mother come true under her sensible and understanding arrangement of wheelchair space for my mother. It is also a great relief to fly at the appropriate time and dates with Pansi’s cautious and patient work of booking without which I might have to search and consume more energy of my own. I owe a lot of gratitude and pleasure to your company and look forward to your assistance in travelling in the future.🙏🙏

My Experience with them was fabolous, i travelled from london to hong kong with them and what a great experience for us with them. Right from the flight onboarding to landing to accomodation i was informed about it
