While we end up getting the mortgage from another lender due to a better rate, I have to say that working with Jimmy Nguyen and Matthew Hall. They were both very professional, responsive and helpful and made the approval process easy and understandable.

Sherie Corsello helped us over the course of more than a year, as we looked and waited for the right home to purchase. It was a long process with many showings and offers, and may have tried the patience of any agent! She was always very patient and helpful, quick to respond any day of the week, and clear and cheerful in her communication. Scott was great too, always a joy to meet with at the showings. Overall the Reali team was great and we are very grateful to have worked with them. Thanks!

Time wasters with terrible customer service. They seem pretty sketchy too.

We went through the Trade in program with Reali, and overall were very happy with the process barring a few exceptions that I am going to talk about later. But first the good stuff. We worked with Lanette Sukkar as our agent, and Scott as our showing agent. Both of them, phenomenal. Lanette listened to all of our needs and parameters, was really data-driven in her recommendations to us, during buying as well as selling. Scott bonded with us at a personal level, including with our 3 yr old who still remembers him after a few months. We ended up buying a home of our dreams and selling our last place at a great price. On the transaction front, special shout out to Erik L for being diligent with T1-T3 and making sure there are no missteps. Our Bank of America loan fell through while we trying to line up T3 and Erik helped me connect with Chase and secure a loan quickly with no change in timeline. Reali's system is truly on top of it! Yes the fees can add up to be a bit but the alternative is to get a bridge loan or try to sell while you live somewhere, or make a contingent offer. All of those being choices with significant disadvantages.

Now the only bad thing. It was our interactions with our original agent Sherie. It eventually got so bad that we had to end things with her and get in touch with Reali about finding a new agent - thank god for Lanette. In a nutshell, the biggest problem with Sherie's approach to home buying was her lack of data-driven skills. She would usually just look at the price of a home, add about 300-400k and recommend that offer price to us. Which could be true in some cases, but heavily varies based on how the seller has priced the home. We had to go through a lot of work ourselves to generate comps and try to determine a fair offer price. But then being able to talk about that with Sherie would be like pulling teeth as she would absolutely not listen, or keep mentioning the number she came up with. Eventually it got to a place where we felt like for our sanity and hers we should go our separate ways. That said, Reali was good about asking us for feedback, unclear what they did with it, but that's not our business anyway.

So overall a fun and successful experience aside from the glitch with the first agent, which sometimes happens.

Daniel was able to negotiate for my new home within my budget with the seller and explained and guided me thru the offer selection process so I was able to buy low and sell high with my both old and new property with as little time as possible. Also he was so tentative, he has patient to answer my questions and send me to the right person to take care my needs, from getting a loan to getting a warranty for my new home.

I could give 0 star if I could, but just to the escrow agent maricela Gonzales, she lied to me to sign a document claiming california law requires me to sign but was actually a quit claim deed to get me off the house deed, so that my ex can buy it under his name, and she was rude enough, or I almost felt attack that she made a comment on my divorce while she absolutely knows nothing about me.

We used Reali’s Buy Before You Sell program. Good thing we did because the house we purchased had 2 other cash offers! Lanette Sukkar, our agent, did an amazing job getting our offer accepted and then our condo to market and sold quickly. It’s amazing how many people are working on your behalf. Shout out to the staging team who truly increased the value of our home, Matt Vera for stepping in to help, and finding the buyer for our condo, and Adam Schmidt our loan officer who went above and beyond. He was extremely responsive during the whole process and so patient with me even though I asked so many questions. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Reali.

Reali helped us buy our home 2 years ago and did a great job and the rebate on their commission was very welcome. One added bonus was each December since they have sent an edible gift, a nice thought and this year's chocolate cookies were delicious 😋

Having worked with a number of realtors in the past both purchasing and selling 5 homes I went into this with the usual skepticism and was very surprised, We worked with Donny Suh to find a home in the Bay area of California, Donny is, IMHO, at the top of the scale for Realtors, his professional mannerism, courtesy, common sense and timelines are a credit to all in his line of business. Like many realtors he worked extremely hard to find us exactly what we needed, in a better than expected neighborhood.

I have been trying to refinance my home now for over 6 weeks and I still am nowhere near the end. All I ever get from this company is, "we need more documents, more documents! you would think they would assign someone who knew what they were doing and get all of the information all at once. I guess every rep they have is assigned more applications they can handle and that is why Im getting such poor service. Im contacted every week with requests for additional documentation and Im sick of it.

Daniel was helpful on house hunting, purchasing and closing. Very patient and responsive.

After reviewing the preliminary application, they asked for the supporting documents. They work meticulously. They do not delay and slog away when submitted what they requested.
