The sale of my house was so easy! Mel was so helpful from the very beginning and all the way through process until escrow closed and I received the proceeds!

We participate in the Reali Trade-In program. Having a cash offered and quick close are key in our purchase. Selling our home was smooth as well. The final closing of our purchase received extra care at the end after I made an inquiry. This tells me Reali is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Our realtors Sherie Corsello and Mia Liban were great to work with. Both were responsive and professional. The entire Reali team really came together at the end to complete our purchase. Thank you!

Ron Laserna was great to work with, available when ever we need him, listens and value our opinion. He is very kind, smart and to the point person. He was amazing in everything. He made our selling and buying process very easy and smooth. We were lucky to have him as our agent.

Reali is my mortgage loan servicer. I asked Reali to provide me a payoff statement to pay off the mortgage. Reali won't provide a payoff statement.

Ron Laserna is a true professional. He was patient and courteous through the entire listing and sales process. He made good recommendations during the entire process. In the end, we had multiple offers. Trust the process with Ron, and he can demonstrate positive outcomes!

Sherie Corsello is one of those agents that that your best friend might recommend. Someone who comes to you highly recommended who you know deep down can handle one of the most important transactions you will ever make. She kept everything running on time, from repairs to staging to setting the right price for our home. We took Sherie's advice along the way, got our home on the market before our goal, and sold our home while getting over asking in the process. Sherie and her team were excellent every step of the way!

Ilana is wonderful. We had a chance meeting with her and got her card. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we decided to go with her rather than our previous agent. She has been very responsive, very helpful, and everything you could want in a real estate agent. Buying a home is huge step, and having Ilana walk us through it has been fantastic. With Ilana's help, we were able to inspect and close on our home very quickly. She found excellent folks to inspect our new home and provide thorough reports to make sure we were aware of the condition of the property and any fixes that would have to happen. She as been amazing every step of the way. If we decide to sell our home down the road, we will contact Ilana first. Likewise, if we can offer advice to friends or family in the area who need a real estate agent, we will put them in touch with Ilana. Even the sellers' agent told us how impressed he was with Ilana! Ilana is smart, capable, dedicated, kind, and an absolute joy to work with. You can trust her implicitly as we do.

We switched from Redfin to Reali after a friend's recommendation and were incredibly lucky to be paired with Ron Laserna. He is extremely knowledgeable about Bay Area markets, genuinely cares about his clients, works incredibly hard but with a positive attitude and smile and you don't have to worry about being rushed into a purchase with Ron. It took us about 3 months and never once did Ron rush us, his team at Reali was a pleasure to work with, professional, helpful, polite and responsive. Despite a high volume of requests, Nick and Matt were able to get us to see all the homes we wanted to see. We finally bought a lovely home in Pleasanton and we could not have done it without Ron and the Reali team. Overall we had an amazing experience working with Reali. Everyone that we talked to from beginning to end gave us the best service and experience we could’ve asked for. Two things stood out the most. 1. When we initially reached out to Reali, we were interested in the trade-in program. After several discussions and a better look at our timing and situation, they recommended we use their normal “elite” program to sell our home. The trade in program is more expensive and yet they didn’t look at us as a profit generator, they wanted what was best for us and our situation. So grateful! This leads to 2.) We decided to go with the elite program because of the 1% commission (it really is 1%!). We met Lena Pena and immediately felt like we were in good hands. She was super professional, responsive and overall an amazing person. We connected with her immediately and she made our experience so smooth. She really gave us her professional opinion and truly values customer service. Due to Lena’s knowledge and experience in the market, we ended up listing our home for more than we were expecting and accepted an offer over our asking price! A huge bonus for us was that she adhered to COVID-19 guidelines and ensured we (and our home) were safe too. If you’re able to buy or sell with Reali, I highly recommend asking for Lena Pena!

It was my pleasure to work with Sherie Costello as our buying agent in the Bay Area. This was our first home purchase. We went in knowing what we wanted, where and price range. All paperwork and signing were done online. Sherie and her team were very responsive with our questions and changes. They also worked well with the listing agent, title and loan broker. Getting 1% rebate back on the sale price was a big plus for us and we got the money four days after we closed. Next time we would try their loan program and cash offer to may be shorten the close time and be more competitive. Highly recommending Sherie and Reali.

Lanette Lau from Reali has been very helpful throughout the homebuying process. Transactions with Reali were a breeze with the use of technology and all. Being first time home buyers, naturally there were a lot of things that we didn’t know or are unfamiliar with, and Lanette was very patient with us throughout the entire process. Even when there were hiccups during the closing process, Lanette was able to step in and took the lead in re-negotiating with with seller’s agent to work out an amicable middle ground that would fit both parties’ needs.
