My four shih-tzu’s and I travelled from London to Dubai in September 2025. From the very start, Theresa was incredibly helpful. Her communication was fantastic and every question answered clearly in a timely manner. Fly JetPets have put together an exceptional, premium, high touch service. The support from experienced vet teams on both sides was also first class. This is the first time I’ve flown with my pets. They took all of the stress out of it and made it so simple, all I needed to do was basically turn up. Everything went according to plan. The jet they put on was out of this world and the Jetex team and crew were so welcoming and helpful. Arrival in Dubai was also super-slick, and we were all safely in our new home right on schedule. I cannot emphasise enough how grateful I am for this memorable experience, and I look forward to using the service again. Congratulations on an amazing job Theresa and team. I wish you every success. Right from the start Theresa helped navigate me through the process. From what paperwork was needed, to type of plane based on our parameters.

I was totally new to the private jet approach, but knowing that our five dogs-three very big and four of us (humans)-could fly together on the plane and not in cargo (yuck) was a huge win.

Plus, instead of driving three days to our home, we were able to be there in two hours.

There are plenty of providers out there that offer this type of service, but only one I would recommend and definitely use again is Fly JetPets.
