Dont Buy Unless You Read This Review

I am posting this with a full email timeline so it can be verified, not just taken on faith.

On 27 July 2026 I paid ₹75,000 to Flyscape Services for a "3-year vacation" membership package that was also supposed to include a gym membership. That was the last part of this experience that went smoothly.

The activation runaround:

5 Aug: told my "activation request" was submitted 27 July and "being processed," gym access to follow once activated.
6 Aug: told membership "will be activated within one month from the date of membership purchase."
10 Aug: after I pushed for an update, I was suddenly told activation takes "24 to 72 hours."

Two directly contradictory timelines from the same company, in the same week, and by 10 August — two weeks after payment — nothing was active. At that point I asked to cancel.

The cancellation stonewall — a textbook moving goalpost:

I was asked to "share a valid reason" for cancelling.
I explained the activation delay and loss of trust — rejected.
On 30 Aug, I explained I'd been laid off and needed the money for my family — on 31 Aug this was rejected too: "the reason provided does not meet the applicable cancellation criteria."
I then submitted a detailed list: no timely email replies, no call responses, no WhatsApp follow-through, no clear process, no dedicated point of contact — still rejected.
On 2 Sept, I was told a "verification call" had been scheduled for the following month — a month's wait just for a phone call, not even the refund itself.
At no point in this entire exchange was I ever shown an actual written cancellation/refund policy, despite it being cited as the reason for every rejection.

Sales promises that went nowhere: A representative I was dealing with over WhatsApp/call, "Sahil," sent me a gym location and then never followed up. Another representative, "Vivek Jaiswal," verbally agreed on a call to proceed with cancellation and promised a callback "within 10 minutes" — that callback never came. I have WhatsApp screenshots of this that I forwarded to their support email as proof.

As of 9 September 2026 — six weeks after payment — I have no active membership, no cancellation confirmation, no refund, and the last reply I received literally said there is no ETA for any of it.

Two technical red flags worth knowing about, for anyone checking this out before paying:

Their support signature block lists three different phone numbers across different emails (+91 22 6971 8807, +91 22 6971 0296, and a third number embedded in a broken link). Legitimate support lines don't shift between templates.
In one of their emails, the visible support address reads "info@flyscapeservices" — but the actual clickable link underneath it points to support@rixosservices, a completely different business name. That's a copy-pasted email signature template, not a mistake a real, single company's marketing team makes. It strongly suggests this operation is running the same script — possibly under multiple brand names — on multiple customers.

My advice to anyone reading this before signing up:

Do not pay a lump sum upfront for a multi-year "vacation club" / "membership" package, especially through a telemarketing-style pitch.
If you do pay, use a credit card, not a direct bank transfer — a card gives you a chargeback option a bank transfer does not.
Check the company's registration on the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) portal before paying anything.
Keep every email — the boilerplate "we hope this message finds you well" responses are, in my experience, a stalling tactic, not customer service.

What I'm doing next, and what I'd encourage anyone in the same position to do:

Filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (call 1915 or use the UMANG app / consumerhelpline.gov.in).
Filing with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for the refund plus compensation for the delay.
If payment was made online, disputing the transaction with my bank/card issuer.
Reporting the pattern (not just my case) at cybercrime.gov.in given the apparent shared scam template.

I'm happy to share the full email chain with dates and headers to anyone — including Flyscape Services — who wants to verify any part of this.
