I had spoken to a couple of other places about getting a visa to China, but returned to FTG because they had provided excellent service some years ago - I was not disappointed! Miracle workers!!! With just 3 weeks to renew my expired passport, FTG made it happen. He even got my passport to me a few days earlier than expected because I was traveling to Virginia. It was a delight to meet and talk with FTG , and I had the absolute best trip to Greece and Italy. Thank you for making it all possible!

A-passport and visa provided some of the best, most helpful, customer service I have ever experienced. I was in such a hard situation after losing my passport, thinking there was no way I could make my planned trip, but these guys got me a new one within 7 days. I would HIGHLY recommend using this service to anyone in a passport pinch- they are amazing.

I found out my passport was expired 3 days before my trip and I was scrambling to find out how to renew it . I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere and then I found FTG online. I was def skeptical because I thought there’s no way a place has all 5 star reviews , but I took my chance since I had no options. I called and right away I was helped and they’re honest and direct about the time frame and the process.

Hidden cost - if you make ANY changes to the endless options they give you at ticket booking, they will charge you a fee that's not easy to spot when you are just scrolling through to get the ticket booked!

Instantly after visa grant, you guys changed my id password and started asking money

Lasting my time was one part, but I had to buy the tickets at really higher price. They did not even bother to inform me about my flight change, I came to know at check-in. Lazy people
