I've worked with the Flyt team for just over a year. They make investment easy. Everything has been very straight forward and most importantly, profitable.

Flyt searched for and found one property for me so far and they managed the fairly small refurb and then a tenant moved in immediately after the refurb was finished. So this was very slick.

After a lot of research decided to go with Flyt Properties to source 2 properties for my first venture into the BTL world. They were the only company I found who could source properties with high yields greater than 10%.

You will need to pay out probably higher than average sourcing fees but as you are in BTL for the long term it’s worth it in the longer term. Full Souring, reburb, hand over the letting agent and management offered.

Another tip make sure you aware of all costs upfront including VAT!
