Todd Pattinson is a great agent very patient/polite and professional highly recommend calling him for our next trip

Since agents don't have English as their first language they sometimes don't understand questions or requests.

A pleasure to do business with you and will again likely use your services.

The agent Mario was extremely patient and helpfull, I know me and my husband must have been a bit difficult to handle, I must say I was very pleased with the way he handled and met our needs.

Was a pleasure to work with him.

Harvey and his supervisor are the best. He took the time to search without being impatient with me and was more than willing to resolve the issues that came up.
