Absolutely superb service from Bal at FMB

Sharon Landa recently dealt with the review of our business account. Unfortunately the provider cancelled more than they should have, which left our business without phones. Sharon worked relentlessly for 2 days (and more) to reinstate our phones, keeping me updated constantly. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and just wish this standard could be replicated more often. What a genuinely kind person.
