Amazing service
I found the level of service that Focus 360 Energy provided us right from the start was amazing. Always on hand to answer and address any questions we might have. They couldn't have been more helpful and provided an excellent efficient service. I can't recommend this provider enough and will be using them again in the future. They get 5 stars from me.

Highly recommended
Focus360 were great and made my build to completion project very simple. I appreciated the easy to use customer portal and William was always on point for any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out for any future development projects I have.

Great customer service
I had a great experience. I had no prior knowledge of any of the building regulations before this, but Will made sure I understood all the services, what they mean and what the process is! It made my decision very easy when choosing what company to go for! Plus they got the report back to me quickly, despite the quick turn around!

Awful
So far, my experience has been extremely poor. On 31 October I paid for legionella testing. It is now 8 December and I have not received any correspondence from the company confirming when it is being carried out. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response. Appalling customer service
