Providing banking information…
Providing banking information electronically was problematic - had to try a total of four times. But Focus itself is excellent and I would rate 5 stars for courtesy, helpfulness, patience and speed - except InVerite slowed everything down considerably.

Focus has been a very positive experience for me. I am able to do everything on line from the comfort of home. They have a great customer service team if you have any problems. They also have great hours should you need to contact someone. Reborrowing is quick. Very happy!

The on-line application process is fast and simple, and approvals are done quickly.
Your business statement "Funds are issued within minutes upon approved", is contrary to what I've experienced on a few occasions now. It has taken as long as there days to get funds issued via e-transfer and in fact I'm still waiting for an email notification from an application that was approved two days ago. This is not very reliable whatsoever, as people tend to need those funds immediately and not three days later!
