Iv been waiting for nearly 2 months now for these people to repair my dryer first call out it took him over 2 hours then told me it needs a part so again waiting another 2 weeks later he comes to fix the part again taking nearly 2 hours tells me it needs yet another part iv now waited over 3 weeks for this 3 part only to be told today that he can't park outside my house and that I have to provide the parking for this???.. the original guy that did the job first two times never asked me for parking provided his own.. so now I'm left again without a dryer they don't contact you when you ring them 😒

Avoid this company at all costs. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

I had an appointment slot between 1pm-4pm and and the engineers attended at 6:15pm to replace the washer dryer. They were rushing and caused a leak which affected my belongings in the cupboard as well as that they cut a whole through the cupboard door which means they were not able to put the cupboard back on so now my washer dryer is on display when everything else in the kitchen is hidden (integrated) for some people this might not be a problem however I suffer with OCD and the look of that really bothers me.

In addition to this one of the engineers pooed in my toilet and did not clean up after himself.

Overall I took unpaid leave to be at home for this appointment for them to attend after my working hours. Rush around scratch my flooring dragging the washer dryer around. Cause a leak. Poo in my toilet and leave me to clean it up. Then cut through my kitchen cupboard door. They also unprofessionally advised me that any work they do after 3pm is classified as Over time hence why they attended well after 3pm in fact 6:15pm.

After the engineers promised to me that they can source the door before leaving my property it was found out later on Friday that this was a lie and they are not able to source the door.

When escalated this to the Focus Office after 17 calls to get through to someone I was met with a patronising man who just wanted to talk at me rather than help me. I then asked for this to be escalated to a manager who I’d like to say was very kind and understanding however in terms of resolution he was not able to provide me with one. I was offered an Amazon gift card voucher of £100 however I had to decline based on the fact that I’ve lost out on unpaid work due to them not arriving in the correct appointment slot. Damaged my belongings and well as cutting a hole through my cupboard door and then leaving me to clean up on of the engineers poo in the toilet. £100 is no where near good enough.

I called back later in the day to express my dissatisfaction further and explained that this is really affecting my OCD, and was met with the patronising man again who hung up the phone on me.

Since Friday I have spent near enough 3 hours on the phone to get this matter resolved and we are still no where near a resolution. Don’t give this organisation any work. They are beyond un professional and the do not take matters seriously.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Focus Furnishing. Given my experience today, it’s no wonder the company has earned so many 5-star ratings—I can wholeheartedly add mine to the list! Today, I had a cooker and extractor fan replaced in my kitchen, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free from beginning to end.

The communication throughout was excellent, especially the text message notifications which kept me updated and made it easy to know exactly when my appointment would take place. A huge thank you goes out to Przemyslaw and Vas for the outstanding service they provided today. They impressed me with their efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism, and I genuinely believe they are valuable assets to Focus Furnishing. The installation itself was flawless, and I am incredibly grateful for their efforts.

I also want to recognise the two engineers who attended my repair appointment earlier this week. Although I unfortunately cannot recall their names, their professionalism and expertise were evident, and I am very thankful for the help they provided on that day.

Overall, I am beyond grateful for the quality of service I received and wanted to ensure the team knows how much their hard work is appreciated. Thank you all for making the experience so positive.

I cannot recommend Vas and Przee highly enough! Absolutely amazing workers from start to finish. They delivered and assembled all of my furniture efficiently and professionally – and didn’t even stop for a lunch break.

Vas was especially helpful and went above and beyond – he even vacuumed the floor afterwards, which I really appreciated.

I used Focus Furnishing to resolve a damaged tiles floor in my upstairs bathroom. This was a difficult job that involved completely resurfacing the floor, in order to provide a lasting foundation for the vinyl flooring I chose. The Focus team were great from the start, offering a huge range of flooring options, and clear, expert advice on the work that would need to be done. Transparent pricing was also, a huge help.

Absolutely fantastic service with Focus Carpets from start to finish. 5 star plus! ⭐️ Highly recommended them!

I Appreciate it was tough over the Xmas holidays but very happy that you managed to get out to me and replace the appliances and repair the damage left by my mini-flood disaster in the kitchen.

Ridiculous company . I Waited in all day ,yes they only make full day appointments with no clue on time ! .
They didn’t even bother to call or answer their phone , or respond to WhatsApp….. or emergency email address .
Not sure why they even bother to give you these details . Total sham .
Definitely hope the people doing the repairs are able to do better than the people who control the appointments …. Can’t really comment on that as they didn’t even bother turning up !
Don’t worry tho …. They made me a new appointment a week later when I’m not in without even discussing it with me . Then sent an email to remind me that if I’m not in for my appointment time they will charge me !
I would cancel the appointment but after 100 phone calls to a dead phone number I give up and will leave this in the hands of Delonghi who currently employ these clowns . I’m glad I’m not alone with my bad feedback . Hard to believe they have 4 star reviews , something not right there .

Starting with trying to get through for few days which is impossible!!! To engineer instead of coming asking to sent a picture which resulted next engineer coming the very next day to take a picture himself

The Service Provided by Alyas (engineer) was very professional, detailed and went the extra mile to support me at my home with his service working over his time to help. Very supportive.

The service provided by Focus Furnishing was excellent! I was expecting the delivery of my washer-dryer yesterday but due to some issues from the jobs prior to mine they had to reschedule it. I emailed their support and it just took a matter of minutes ‘til I received a response and David was very helpful with rescheduling and making sure that it will be delivered the next day which it did. I received my washer-dryer early in the morning and the two delivery guys were very helpful, nice, and professional. Hence, the 5 star rating. ☺️

Peter/bruno excellent job. Were very friendly and helpful. Went far and beyond.

My cooker wasn’t working for two weeks.Ilyas the engineer came and fixed it quickly and also gave me advice on how to operate the cooker.He was very polite,kind and professional towards me.
