Emily was my mortgage advisor and I can't recommend her highly enough. Extremely thorough and really cares about her clients receiving the best deal possible. I will certainly be using her next time when my current mortgage needs renewing.
I have purchased a few mortgages and remortgages now through Emily. I always recieve great service and have been secured the best rates. Emily is efficient at keeping in contact and making sure I had the best deal possible for my mortgages. I have recommended Emily to friends who have had positive experiences.
Siobhan helped us navigate the process of buying our first home, and she was perfect! She was able to explain every step of the process, help us find the best deal (even in a last minutes scramble to up the budget!). She tracked interest rate changes and made sure we locked in at the best moment for us. For the fee charged and level of customer service received then it is a no brainier.
A colleague recommended Folan Brookes to me after getting his first mortgage with them. My partner and I were also first time buyers, so we were grateful for Siobhan's patient explanation of our options, and her expertise and knowledge of various lenders' products. Without her we would have probably put down a somewhat higher deposit, for the same mortgage rate we were able to get with her assistance. Siobhan was friendly and sunny whenever we spoke to her, no question was too stupid, and she was also quick to respond to written queries. They're also a very helpful source of advice for life insurance.
Thomas and Siobhan were absolutely amazing. As first time buyers, they made us feel welcome: no question was too silly, no problem too big. Both approachable and friendly, I really appreciated all the times they went above and beyond for us during our mortgage application. Would highly recommend them.

We were first time buyers and were recommended Folan Brookes for mortgage advice. Thomas Folan was incredibly helpful and patient with our many many questions about the whole end-to-end house-buying process, from talking through with us how much we could afford to borrow, to reminding us at the end to think about life insurance once the mortgage had gone through.
