Learned about #Tucktec on a Friday ordered on Sunday and received on Thursday. By far the best investments we have made. Purchased 2. One for my Mrs and one for me. In the 16 days we have had them we have been in the water 13 of those days. Folds very easy if you don't Try to use muscle.lol The seat and paddle are very adequate. Did some trim and anti slip stickers. Other than that nothing else needed... If you are on the fence don't be just buy one.. You will not regret it.

Nothing is more peaceful then being on the water, but the hassle of roof racks or pulling/parking a trailer (done both) takes a little away from the enjoyment. After searching for a more portable kayak, I was fortunate to find Tucktec. It gives you the freedom to go anywhere anytime. Before purchasing, I was a bit skeptical on how durable and sturdy a foldable kayak would be but after being on the water I am extremely impressed with Tucktec. So impressed that I just purchased 2 more for the family. By far the BEST customer service and FB community. Thank you #Tucktec for making a solution for ease of portability in a sturdy kayak.

Amazing Kayak! #Tucktec is compact enough to fit in my car. The light blue is a beautiful color. From car to water 15 minutes.water to car under 5. Their website has great videos to help with the setup and folding. 3 year warranty ! I absolutely love it!

My husband and I ordered our first tucktecs 1 year ago and we are very pleased with the quality, stability, and portability of these kayaks. I never knew anything like this existed. The fact that these kayaks are so light and fold up to fit in the back of your car, it's ingenious! We are blown away with their customer service and their dedication to each and every customer. With Tucktec, it's not just about building a business, it's also about building a relationship with their customers. I have learned so much in this past year through their Facebook group. These kayaks are totally awesome! Huge weight capacity and easy to set up I can get it unfurled and ready to go in less than 2 minutes and it takes less time than that to get it stowed away! You wouldn’t even know we were going out for a kayak trip with the way they store so compactly in the back of our minivan. We love these things!

If you thought you couldn't afford a kayak, and all the added expense of a roof rack, and risking damaging your vehicle lugging a kayak around, all that is in the past. I can now just toss my hot pink 💗 Tucktec in the trunk of my little car and enjoy all the same water fun as any kayaker, but with nowhere the expense or aggravation. The customer care is beyond amazing! I have gotten immediate responses for all of my questions before and after my purchase. The Tucktec Facebook community is also extremely helpful. They provide tips, advice, and they make videos! Some even meet up and enjoy adventures together.
I'm a bit older and the idea of trying to handle a traditional kayak is out of the question. Now anyone, regardless of age or physical limitations, can have the same fun on the water as anyone!
I hope to be able to get all of my loved ones their own Tuckteck so we can make beautiful memories together.

These are perfect for our lake and slow river floats. They fit in almost any car, so short people like me, don't have to have help loading on a roof rack or trailer. Get in the water ANYTIME!!!!😊

My friend and I each took a #Tucktec to Paddle for the Border (NC to VA). It's so easy to toss them in the back of the car, drive till we reach water, then just fold and go! They unfold and roll back up quickly and easily too. They make it easy to adventure!

Love my tucktec so light and easy to set up. I used to be on the fence but took the leap and purchase one. Best decision i made let me tell you it's awesome no more asking to borrow the truck or strapping it on my Honda. I grew up on the water and have rowed crew, sailed on lakes, rivers and the ocean, kayaked, shot rapids in a canoe, you name it. I’ve been looking for a convenient way to get back out on the water with my current city dweller existence. Chicago has plenty of water but planning around my schedule, or putting a boat on top of my small car just seemed daunting. After researching packable/portable boats for a couple years I finally was swayed by the release of the new #tucktec 2023 10ft model. The price is right, the community and company reps are some of the most responsive and enthusiastic bunch out there. They even included a free and very usable paddle as part of the promotional launch. After quickly learning how to set it up in the yard, and purchasing a PFD, I took it out for a 3.5 hour paddle. It had me laughing and smiling and wishing I had just got the tucktec sooner. Extra points for impressing some other folks with much more expensive fold ups with the speed I was able to set up and get launched. It’s not a racing boat or for big swells or rapids but it’s very stable and tracks well with the skeg. I had no problems keeping up with canoes, or other solid body recreational kayaks out on the water. I had to paddle into the wind a couple times and that was no problem. Only water that got in was paddle drips. It’s so simple in design and I can’t stop telling my friends about it. I can’t wait to throw it in the car and get back out there. I am very happy with this purchase that got me back out on the water so easily that I am kicking myself for waiting. Thanks #tucktec !

Coolest thing ever how they fold and unfold and are so easy to store and use. So then in May 2022 days after trying it I bought on in the now unavailable purple.

Loved it so much that when they rolled out the amazing 2023 addition I bought one in the very cool looking light blue 8 foot model. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOo primo. It folds up easier and the fixes to the seats and sides are awesome. The seat is dramatically better and comfortable.

I even had the pleasure of picking it up in Conway South Carolina, because I was doing a Charleston road trip with a friend. I wound up leaving with 2 for another friend in New Jersey who also loved her first and wanted a second one for her son and friends. I met Pete Connell at the factory who gave me a tour and legitimately couldn't have been nice. Kevin was quiet, but a cool guy as well. They are AWESOME and for NO cost on the way there I dropped off the purple one I had and because they're just awesome they upgraded my purple to the new seat, new skeg style, added the front tie down straps, upgraded foot rest. What company does this? None, but Tucktec is the answer.

These kayaks are nearly like a cult. I'm now mulling over buying a third because the white is now translucent. I need to be talked down from this insanity before I'll have a full blown fleet of kayaks.

I actually own four kayaks, two regular ones and two Tucktecs. I never even use the regular ones due to the ease of use and portability of the Tucktecs. I can fit multiple kayaks inside my small car. #Tucktec

This company has always been really fast in answering questions about their product, manufacturing and shipping. Used the kayak on a nice still lake and loved it. Much more convenient than my hard side one.

I recommend #Tucktec kayaks. People ask me about it all the time, when I am folding it up, and I always tell them the same thing. The kayak is built tough. Unlike other folding kayaks, you don’t have to worry about scraping rocks or submerged trees, etc., because the plastic can take a lot of damage. They are quick to assemble and easy to fold back up. They are easy to clean (I just hose it down while folded and leave it to dry on its own). The company is the best company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I had an issue with my first kayak and they shipped me a new one, no questions asked. My second one developed an issue where it buckled inward on the side. They shipped me a third kayak. Now, you may be thinking, "doesn’t that mean the kayaks are not reliable?" I was worried about that at first, but the company is so good about standing behind their three year warranty (which no other fold up kayak has) that I don't worry. The third kayak has worked great for more than a year now. No issues at all. If you are thinking about getting a kayak and don’t have room to store one, Tucktec is the most affordable option, with a really great company standing behind it. Plus, they are American-made. It's a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned.

After reading so many great reviews about #Tucktec and being tired of the hassle of roof top loading I bought two! So glad I did, fun on the water and easy on the pocketbook!
