Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the customs fee came as a surprise. Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities, and these charges are not collected or controlled by us.
We truly understand how unexpected fees can be frustrating, and we will make the information even clearer on our website to help future buyers.
Thank you again for your order and for supporting our business.
Best Regards,
Folkmarketgems Team

Great assortment of rough gems
The company is awesome great selection of gems. I do how ever wish some of the parcels were smaller in size so there for, not as expensive I understand logistics but for beginners like myself it’s hard to spend a lot on certain gems that we don’t really know the turn around yet. Also wish there were more single stones of certain gems.
