It all started with a good quote for my 4 year old iPhone SE. The sales pack (to send the phone to them) was received a day later and it all looked good. The phone has been in a case since day one and was in excellent condition for a 4 year old phone. But a day after I sent the phone to them I received an email saying they will deduct £10 off the price for 3 small scratches on the back (which you could hardly see on the photos they sent me). After some emails they agreed to drop the deduction to £5. Please beware... it appears that your phone has to be brand new before you will get the price they quoted.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are extremely sorry that the value of your phone was reduced. However, it's clearly stated in our Terms & Condition and on the Product Page that ''Good Grade'' should only have 1-3 micro-scratches or marks but your phone had 3 chips (dings) along with three deep marks. Therefore, our inspection team had to reduce the initial offer value based on the condition. Please get in touch with us and we will reimburse you £5.00 which was deducted. Once again, please accept our apology because we care for our customers.
