Fonezone is the worst company I have…

Fonezone is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a phone that came damaged and they kept lying and giving excuses for weeks. The device didn’t even work properly and they refused to give a proper refund. They just kept saying tomorrow tomorrow and nothing ever happened.

Their customer service people act nice at first but then ignore you completely once you ask for your money back. I had to report them to consumer protection and I am taking legal action because this is pure fraud. After talking to others I found out they have done this to many people.

Please do not trust Fonezone. They sell faulty phones and then make it impossible to get help or a refund. They should be investigated and shut down.

I have posted yesterday a review but today 18 sep 2025 I got my order from fonezone to be honest I was amazed and so happy about the order it was more than expected it was in excellent condition brand new man I was believing what people wrote in here but on my experience today I’m so happy they are really honest they are trying to get the best for you and for everyone with my due respect for everyone review I swear it was amazing experience that made me to change my mind and to be witness to say the truth they are really great store .

This after I got the devise in top condition and I want to share with you guys my experience by today good luck for everyone

I placed an order for a refurbished…

I placed an order for a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S10e on July 4 2025 and only got delivered on 11th of June. Called their CS and was told that the delay was caused by Eid holidays. This is an online shop but oddly only operates during office hours. Their website says if you got questions, you can call them from 9AM to 6PM. But, if you call them at 5:30PM, phone is no longer available. When I got the phone, I put screen protector and a case. A few days after, I accidentally shook the phone and I can hear a loose part inside the phone that rattles when I shake the phone. Hoping for the best as the people you have to deal in Fonezone are a pain in the neck.

Stay away from them

Stay away from them, there is something sinister going on in here.

I’ll try my best to keep this short and simple.

First of all the customers service is terrible.

Second after finally having my phone back I check that the issue I sent it over for is not resolved, however I got an otp from E& while my phone is there, now something that They dont know is my sim is muilti sms So i have the same number on all of my phones and a different one for each, I got the message they are trying to subscribe me to something that charges 3aed a day. Which ill be suing them for now because I have the proof the sms that was sent that I never sent. And one important not they took out my physical sms and swapped it with the other phone that I have given them, and they never delivered it. Unfortunately, I am leaving Tomorrow For a quick trip once Im back Ill have all the time to deal with you guys.

If i had options 0 star i would definitely give them its totally worse experiences i had with them.first they took a whole week to deliver when ever i asked them to what is the delivery update there answer was our technical team are doing quilty check then i received my phone when i use just 10 mins they screen turn black i contacted them they said we'll pick up again they take it take whole week and after the week again delivery the problem is still on it and then i called them to cancel it give me the refund no one answering me

Worst service experience

Absolutely the worst service I've experienced in the UAE.

Even though I've been super patient, all the patience has come to nothing.

The leadership also leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a phone and it died in three weeks; I got it fixed, and it died again after two hours. Now, getting a replacement is a nightmare.

Please go ahead and buy at your own expense.

Warned is forearmed.

I had a bad experience shopping on this website. I ordered two products and was charged AED 150 for delivery, even though the standard delivery charge is only AED 50. That’s triple the cost for no clear reason.

They promised delivery in 2 days, but it’s now the third day, and I haven’t received my order.Even their tracking system not working properly. Worse, they don’t respond to any messages or follow-ups. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I do not recommend fonezone.ae based on this experience. Be careful before ordering from them.

Così e così, allora prendo un computer Chromebook ma non ne è valsa la pena, ho buttato solo soldi, versione troppo vecchia e non faceva scaricare niente, andava bene giusto per la navigazione e YouTube. Allora decido di cambiarlo e prenderlo un’altra e qui l’azienda si è comportata bene, decide di fare il cambio solo che mi chiede 50 AED in più cosa che mi fa insospettire perché il prezzo era uguale ma ho dovuto dire di sì sennò rimanevo col computer vecchio senza poterci fare niente. Tempi di consegna posso dire veloci. La cosa brutta è che mi è arrivato il computer senza aver fatto il reset, quindi con i dati della vecchia persona.. quindi mi chiedo io, prima di spedire non vedono com’è messo il computer? Molto strano

Per quanto riguarda l’importo aggiuntivo di 50 AED, ti confermiamo che si tratta di una differenza applicata in base a parametri tecnici del dispositivo sostitutivo (come stato o configurazione), anche se il prezzo finale può risultare simile.

Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti per il fatto che il secondo dispositivo sia stato consegnato senza un reset completo. Questo non rispecchia i nostri standard di controllo qualità e prenderemo subito provvedimenti interni per evitare che si ripeta.

One star is a compliment

I bought a laptop from them after I contacted them via WhatsApp to check how long the battery will last with continuous use. They confirmed battery health is 100% and 6 hours is the minimum time it can last for. I placed the order and paid 50aed for the cost of delivery. I received the device 3 days after. The device was in non working condition as it looks like they replaced some of the laptop hardware without making sure Thier drivers are installed and updated. As a result , the device was unable to open any web page that has a picture or a video on it. Unable to open YouTube as an example. Moreover, battery lasts for 2-3 hours maximum, not 6 hours like they claimed. I contacted them via WhatsApp asking for a return with a video showing them the proof of problems the device has and they responded saying they will let the complaint department contacting me. 2 days passed and no one contacted me. I contacted them again and they said they will arrange for a return but nothing happened since then. It's been 10 days since I received the device. Even when I told them I will contact E-crime police , they didn't take me seriously. Zero communication and zero credibility let alone the poor standards of Thier refurbishment qualities. Don't believe them when they mention they have 7 days guaranteed return policy , you will be stuck with the device they send you. I had no choice but to spend hours to find the missing drivers and update the system which has a recurring error (pending install). One star is a compliment for this low level of professionalism, credibility, poor refurbishment standards and lack of communication. Not recommended at all.
Note: I have all evidence saved(videos and pictures showing the device status) including WhatsApp conversations.

Update: 30 minutes ago they responded to my feedback with the reply you will see down here. This is almost 4 months after I contacted them for help.

Phones quality is ok in general with some I got before had a screen problems where they have to fix and finally I returned

Ordering online is easy but delivery is horrible today the delivery guy sent me he is on the way at 3 pm and till 10 pm he didn’t came and still sending me on the way

Stay away from Fonezone AE!

Honest Review:

I purchased an Iphone 12 mini 64 GB refurb very good condition for 79 KD + 5.5 KD customs charges in Kuwait despite they saying free delivery via REVIBE BUT THE PHONE CAME THROUGH SUPERCLICK TRADING under FONEZONE. They sent a phone with a faulty battery. I was not happy with the purchase since it had erratic battery charges and kept falling percentages even without using. I got another phone in Kuwait (same 12 series) and sent them clear screenshots of the battery percentages depletion difference between Revibe phone and the phone I purchased in Kuwait. Within 10 days I sent it back for refund. But without submitting proper evidences, they said your battery is okay and we will have to deduct 25 KD since your claim is invalid. They don't have any evidence for testing and just keeps sending random emails. I am a person dealing with apple products over 17 years and I am perfectly aware of how it would be for the battery. They are nice to you only when you purchase and don't complain. Once you complain or return their product despite being their fault, they are scamming you for the deductions and stuff without proper evidence. Stay Away from Revibe and Superlclick trading as much as possible if you value your money. If you can purchase a phone from amazon refurb and its far better!
