I had a personal experience with Foodies Llc this weekend in Georgia. As a craft vendor, it’s really important to make sure you do your research before you go to these events, especially the fact that it’s a food festival. On their website, they stated that there was gonna be 60 craps, which is a good amount to make my decision of what festival I want to attend. Yeah, there was craft vendors. This is a big differences. Not only that they posted on Facebook that there was gonna be a fun house and and they stated that his radio was supposed to be there. Also, they said there was gonna be 40 food trucks. There is nowhere close to 40 food trucks. In the state of South Carolina, which this company originated from a food truck is not considered to be a lemonade stand. On their Facebook page, they said they had problems with vendors last week. So I question why make sure you do your research before attending these events, especially as a vendor.

Foodee has stremlined our office lunches and made my life so much easier. The meals being individually packaged and labeled makes organization easy. Every one of the delivery drivers I have interacted with have been gems and could not ask for better service all around.

Foodee has helped automate our lunch ordering process. It's hard to predict who's coming into the office; but with foodee, we don't have to worry about making sure everyone gets lunch.

Our company has been using Foodee for our daily meals for over 2 years. Service overall is pretty good after resolving delivery issues. It’s been consistent and things are going well. There are a variety of meal options available. However, we have a set budget for our meals, so some restaurants are not within our budget which is a bummer as their menu options are awesome. There are times when we have technical glitches, but our sales manager is always on top of it. She is a joy to work with. This type of service is convenient and meets our needs.

Super friendly and helpful customer support, easy ordering experience, sufficient selection of varying options and delivery schedules. All orders were delivered on time.

Food consistently late, poorly labeled, cold. This is the restaurants fault to be sure, but Foodee selects the restaurant to partner with and should communicate their expectations if they want to be a successful business.
Additionally, Foodee adds a 15% upcharge per item in addition to charging $5 per user, on TOP of the restaurant's own upcharge. This stretches your individual meal budget to the absolute limit. They also offer no option to cover the difference to the individual user, so if you've got a $20 limit, and your Burrito plus a drink is $20.01 (this happens with frequently), you're out of luck, you can only get the burrito or the drink, not both. Great way to sink company morale by leaving everyone only half fulfilled. $20 should be more than sufficient to feed someone, but you'll find yourself spending all of that just to get 1 item and having to leave $5 on the table because the pricing doesn't fit.

Literally the worst company ever. Food is always cold, orders are late nearly everyday, and the food looks like it's been sitting out to dry for hours. How a company overcharges each meal just to send food to your office stays in business is beyond me.

our company has been using Foodee for a while for large orders, but miscommunication and mistake happens regularly; there are missing meal orders, missing labels, late deliveries and technical glitches. the thing that displease us the most is Foodee's solution. they only apologies by emails, after few more questions there will be no response from the account manager. there is no accountability when things go wrong, and unfortunately the trust between us has reached to a low point.

Foodee has been such a relief for our office. We get a steady flow of restaurants to choose from, and the custom meals are delivered to our office on the daily. If there are ever any problems, Foodee goes out of their way to make it right.
