Tasty but cancelled because choices are extremely limited

I experienced some food packages that arrived damaged, so I reached out to their support team. Abdull promptly responded and arranged for replacements and even included extras the very next day. This thoughtful action really impressed me and earned my continued business. Their genuine concern for customers is evident.

i always recommend foodery. i’ve tried two other brands but couldn’t last longer than a week or two with them each. reliably amazing food every week and really lovely customer service.

my only qualm is the lack of variety, as it can sometimes feel like the same week after week, even with changing meals around as there are only so many to choose from. if they’re able to keep the menu items they have available and add more on top of those, there really wouldn’t be a single fault. it’s minor though, nothing a break here and there doesn’t solve, and i do value its reliability, which is why it would be important to add more items, not replace current ones with new options.

Foodery really came to me in a time of need (exams!). I have had very bad experience with pre-ordered meals in the past but this was an exception. I give more priority to taste so definitely foodery would be a top pick. Also the customer service is incredible.

Menu is extensive there is lots to chose from. Very well packaged with tracked delivery.

Genuinely impressed with Foodery halal meals. The food tastes proper—full of flavour, great portions, and nothing like the usual bland ready meals. It’s such a relief having high-quality, properly halal food ready when life gets busy. Super convenient, really satisfying, and something I actually look forward to eating. 100% ordering again.

I had some packs of food damaged. I contacted support and Abdull from their team replied immediately and sent replacements and extra next day. Such a good gesture and definitely won my loyalty. They genuinely care for the customers.

Very bad food and expensive. Most of the food went in the bin. The taste was terrible. No more orders in the future. I would definitely not recommend this. The chef doesn’t know how to cook good nutritious meals. Very disappointing. Home food is a much better option.

Insane quality in comparison to other food prep business I have tried. The food is honestly 10/10 considering they are healthy, whole foods and has saved me hours per week in the kitchen after work and gym. Their customer service is also AMAZING. Please don’t ever change that!!! And thank you to Abbas who has been my POC so far for any queries I’ve had, he has always responded and helped so effortlessly!

These meals are the tastiest out of all the halal meal services I’ve tried. Customer service is top notch the 2 times I’ve had to contact to help manage my orders…love your work!

The food is delicious and I love that the nutritional information is clear and also available on my fitness pal. The menu changes up frequently enough to prevent getting bored. Delivery information is always clear and orders are well packaged for delivery. Cannot fault this service and would highly recommend.
