Have never used this app... But it was seem less! Easy to use and navigate, clear prices and processed quick!

Easy and quick to place the order on drive.

Half an hour became 2 hrs when I went to pick up the restaurant had no record of my order.

By far the worst food ordering platform we have ever dealt with as a restaurant partner.

Their payment system is an absolute disaster. Customer payments are supposedly processed instantly, yet restaurant payouts regularly take anywhere from 2–7 days. Even worse, there were multiple occasions where payments were simply not transferred at all until we chased them repeatedly.

Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed our bank and claimed the bank was “not accepting the transfer” — something our bank had never even heard of. We wasted countless hours making phone calls and following up because of their excuses and poor systems.

After over a week of chasing, we were finally told the money had been transferred, yet it still had not appeared when expected. The entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a company handling restaurant revenue.

Restaurant owners should be extremely cautious before partnering with this platform!!

Reliable and fast

Always Good and Fast Pizza.
Pasta is great aswell

Skippy's at Appin make the absolute best pizza's.
I've had pizza's from there twice now and both times I was thoroughly impressed.
The pizza's were really hot, the dough was made fresh and it was covered in lots of cheese, and had heaps of toppings.

So easy, well set up had no issues

We signed up for Foodhub POS and their online ordering, and it was a massive mistake. We've had nothing but issues for 3 months:

The Software is ancient: It’s very old software that doesn't work for modern dining. We couldn't get the menu to work right and station printing was a nightmare. Support is horrible—staff are actually rude and never follow up.

Suspicious Payments (Datman): They use a company called Datman for payments. Money went missing, there's no transparency, and the reports are a mess. I’ve spent hours trying to work out if we even got paid what we were supposed to.

Broken Promises: They promised account management at sign-up, but once you pay the setup fee, you’re on your own.

STAY AWAY: Even after telling them we wanted to cancel, they kept trying to take money out of our accounts. I had to cancel my bank cards to stop them, yet they still claim I have a "negative balance." Avoid these guys at all costs.

Seems easy enough & Str8 forward

Very easy and straight forward to use. I would definitely use it again and I'd 110% recommend it to EVERYONE i know
