I ordered a pair of Hey Dudes from this Company on April 3, 2024 for my brother’s birthday. This company used a wrong address for shipping and now is emailing me to provide a 70% off discount after charging me over $70.00 for my original order. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are thieves 😡

I made a mistake on size... but because made the mistake... no returns... might be ok... but don't make any mistakes.

They don’t accept returns when shoes don’t fit and their sizes don’t match standard US sizes. Wait time for delivery is very long. Will never order again!

I ordered customized crocs and never received the package.

I am not very happy with this purchase because I chose the Tweety Crocs white, not pink, my sister doesn't like the color pink. ☹️

Abit of shipping confusion, but received immediate help and advise from company. Grandsons loved their crocs and had perfect fit. High school friends were all interested in how to buy them. Very pleased with purchase. In fact I am looking into buying a couple more pairs. Crocs are so….popular and with the options of unlimited designs ..these are perfect.

Overall, the shoes are fun to wear and the snoopy design is carefree. The 3 review is because the shoes took too long to arrive (I believe it was over 2months). They are comfortable, but also foam based unlike cloggs which are a harder plastic. Haven't worn them long enough to tell if they are going to hold up.

I bought these for my grandson. He's worn them to school for 6 weeks and the soles have holes worn through them. I didn't realize these weren't real crocs when I bought them. Wouldn't recommend for children at all.

Not real Crocs - they are cute but I was expecting the real thing.

I didn’t like that the description of the shoes was that they were Hey Dudes and they are not. Had I known I probably wouldnt have purchased. Both shoes that I purchased took forever to arrive.

It was great to have the shoes customized to my liking it took a little while to get here, but but the weight was worth it. they are a little thin, so I added some insoles to make them more comfortable.

The Snoopy Crocs were so cool. My grandson loved them.

Horrible. I didn't receive the order that was made one month ago. I can't get anyone to respond to my email.

Awful service and product. The printing on the shoes were the worst I have ever seen. Customer service is a joke. Does not take responsibility for their very poor workmanship of their products and do nothing to try and resolve the situation. They just like to pass blame to the customer like the customer made the shoe. Will never shop with this company again and I am definitely telling everyone I know to not shop with this company either.

First my order was split into two different orders. One half of the order arrived and the other didn’t. The time span of purchase and delivery was incredibly long.

The sizes were not true to fit. The sizes ran to small.

I will never buy here again!!!

The updates on my order were very much appreciated as it was kind of a lengthy process and the reassurance that my order was moving right along helped. The product itself was not as great as I was hoping though. The description said Crocband Crocs though the ones I received were not genuine. I halfway expected that and was ok with it as long as the print on the Crocs was cool looking. The pic of the product showed a black Croc w the print I wanted but what I received were white ones with the print edges running. It looked like whatever was used to cut clean edges had tons of uneven bleed through that was amplified by the white Croc. The print itself was pretty cool looking and I liked it, just not the sloppy lines. They were a gift for someone and I was quite excited about giving these to them but I've yet to do it as I feel a little embarrassed by the quality of the Crocs and sloppyness. I will purchase genuine ones and then give them these as well as a novelty cause they are rather unique. All in all, the experience was painless and I do not feel any regrets, it just would have been cool to get it perfect, ya know?

I never got the product! All you’ve done is steal from me and your “customer service” just keeps sending the same email over and over again. I’ll be filing a fraudulent charge with my credit card company and am considering pursuing legal options.
