IGNORE FOOTY OUTLET - Liars and false information

Constant lies about item being in transit but tracking says nothing has been shipped at all and I'm only in NZ. It is now 2 weeks. Where is it getting sent to? THE NORTH POLE? They are purposely ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me based on their stuff up. Support other business not this piece of shit business that lies and advises false information/update to buy time.

Excellent, my jersey I ordered is top notch really happy with it. I was incredibly worried if it would arrive but after contacting them and literally asking if they were a scam and reading through their website I took the risk. It was slow because it was a preorder item - which is the only downfall they should have emailed me and said that.
So other than slow - ordered 12th August arrived 1st September in New Zealand I am incredibly rapt with the jersey, it’s fantastic quality and looks amazing

I know there’s been a lot of bad experiences with this website but I must have been one of the lucky ones because I received my jersey within two weeks of ordering (I ordered the NZ Warriors Indigenous jersey 2026) Happy as with the product, I’ve compared the jersey next to my brothers who got his on the NRL website before they all sold out and I can confidently tell you they look exactly the same. The warriors and NRL chest logos are embroidered and It even came with the Authentic's Tag.. I’m almost certain they sent me an actual jersey. Happy as with the product. If you’re here to order the specific NZ Warriors 2026 Indigenous jersey then don’t stress just trust the process but get a size up than what you normally wear to get a loose fit

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered. Dodgy. Won’t offer a refund even after 2 months and a week after I ordered. Still no shipping information. Ordered a jersey for indigenous round. 2 months later and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

The wait time was going to mean my need for the items was no longer relevant, they refused to refund. Even though I still hadn't even received a purchase order number. Aka the purchase had not gone through.
Absolute crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Extremely disappointing experience with Footy Outlet.

I placed an order and have been waiting far longer than expected for it to arrive. The tracking has shown no meaningful progress, with the parcel apparently sitting with the shipping carrier since 11 August.

I contacted Footy Outlet for assistance, expecting them to investigate the issue with their shipping provider and help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, their response was essentially that the carrier has the package and that it is the carrier's problem, leaving me to chase the shipping company myself. Stating its not their problem anymore. They've also denied a refund when requested as its nearly been 2 months and still no jersey's.

As a customer, I shouldn't have to spend my time tracking down a courier and trying to locate a parcel that I purchased through Footy Outlet. The retailer should be assisting with the investigation and taking some responsibility for resolving the issue with their shipping provider.

What is particularly frustrating is the lack of helpful communication or a genuine attempt to resolve the situation. I still haven't received my order, and I have been left feeling like it is simply not their problem.

Very disappointing customer service. I would expect much better communication and support when an order hasn't arrived. I highly recommended you never shop here unless you want to lose your money and be treated with the utmost disrespect.

The absolute worst! Do not buy from this shop! Ordered a jersey start of July, they sent the wrong jersey a month after my order, almost September and still haven’t received my correct order. Gave me a fake tracking number for the replacement and when they respond they say it’s been delivered in NZ, even though I live in Australia. I’ve asked for a refund and no my replies. Don’t shop here!

Was looking for a new jersey for a particular event, found a product on Footy Outlet that seemed to be a reasonable deal for a previous season jumper. As it was listed 'low stock' I incorrectly assumed it was in stock and took a punt on it arriving in time. I am not new to online purchasing and have a reasonable understanding of delivery times to my location. After a number of days without a shipping notice I followed up asking for eta on arrival. No reply came for 4 more days where I was then informed it was a pre-ordered item and would be despatched by end of week. No mention of pre-order was noted on product at time of purchase. 6 days further on and I finally receive an in transit notice, half excited although frustrated. When I follow tracking to see whereabouts in Aus Post network it is, it's still in #÷$%&*@; China!
Advertising standards suck let alone illegal!
Truthful communication non existent and cannot really comment on Delivery service... it hasn't really happened yet!
If you need a straight and honest answer, don't order from these guys! Integrity does not live here...

Such a waste of time and money dealing with this company. Totally incompetent, 2 weeks later still haven’t even been contacted with confirmation on shipping, do not waste your money with this brand. Scammers.

I would not recommend this store. Highly disappointing experience with purchase. It was obviously a fake jersey (delivered from China) even though emails were sent to verify authenticity. Several emails sent to get a refund which has not been approved. Customer service kept replying with the same generated email repeatedly. Terrible!

No reply from customer service no tracking number. Contacting our bank to reverse payment. Don't purchase from these clowns

Biggest bunch of scammers ever have not even received my order they do not even reply to emails are actually just full of crap take your money and don’t even get your order

If I could give 0, I would! 100% scam!!! Nowhere on their site does it say the jerseys are ‘replicas’, so you think you’re getting an awesome deal only to find it’s a fake!! Quality is shit! Temu quality!! Logos/badges you see in pics and think are legit, are actually printed and not sewn on. NRL tag is missing official holographic sticker. Material is almost mesh like-very thin. 100% not jerseys quality.

And when I contacted them to return and get a refund because of the quality, they came back with this: “These are official fan replicas hence the difference in price, for the kid's styles its the same jersey just printed logos and a slightly different fit.”
Notice how now they want to state it’s a replica, but there is no mention of replica anywhere on site. Site reviews are also obviously a scam 🤦🏽‍♀️ Hard lesson learnt.

Copy and paste most of the other 1 star complaints here cause it's exactly the same. 3 weeks waiting for a delivery notification, no response with them. Absolutely ridiculous

Did not get an OA or tracking
Luckily I paid with Afterpay so I should get my money back

great value, overall happy with my purchase saving 75% compared to the others for the same thing.

Unprofessional communications an no contact number to keep updated! Still waiting for a 3 day delivery thats not appeared an wanting a refund as nothings arrived or even know if it's on its way! Crap service! Stop scamming people with your fake website! An give my $$ BACK

If i could give zero I would. Impossible to contact, no reply and still no items, it has been 15 days - I will be lodging a fraud claim with the bank BUYER BEWARE.
