Hi, I have been purchasing your products for my grandson mainly from the local supermarket since he was 6 months.
I have to say he loves your products which is really pleasing for me and my wife, and obviously a lot more for mummy and daddy.

Now that he has turned 12 months old I bought from your website the 5 pack bundle for 10 months to 12 months he loved them.
However purchasing the same again has been impossible , along with your new sweet/ dessert products..I have resorted to bying some individual products as you never replied to several of my emails. But it is really frustrating why you would potentially push your customers away through lack of communication.
I do hope your solve these problems, as I said my grandson loves them,, plus it gives us much confidence knowing they are halah, but sadly I may end up resorting to trying alternatives. Please value your customers, otherwise you may lose them.

Wrong product delivered and no response from the helpline

I strongly advise against purchasing food from this brand. I bought baby food and discovered maggots inside, which is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this brand again.

Fast delivery. Food always pack properly so no spill/damage. Perfect to feed your babies especially if your child has allergies, as it’s dairy and egg free. My children love the extra spices /flavour that it has to offer

This is the closest thing to proper food my ARFID toddler will eat. Buying direct is easier than hunting it down in shops (can be had to find as it's very popular!) and they deliver quickly.

Not quite sure my baby like them as they have too much spices.
