I should like to thank Simon Gretton and his secretary Sarah Ainsworth for the professional and friendly manner in which they dealt with what I believe was quite a difficult case. The fact that Simon managed to persuade the CPS to reduce the charge from one of Dangerous Driving to one of Driving Without Due Care And Attention obviously resulted in my avoiding a driving ban which would have been a major concern for me.
The resulting 6 points on my driving licence was a better result than I ever expected, and this was no doubt due in the main to Simon's diligent work on my case.
