She also helped me find a better plan for my insurance and was clear on all the details

Sarah who dealt with my car insurance setup was very helpful over the phone. She has great people skills and it made the whole process very easy. Unlike most insurance calls, it was not like speaking to a robot and she managed to make the experience more interesting. Whilst waiting for the computer systems to load she provided good conversation. This exceptional level of service is perfect and it prevents customers from getting bored or frustrated.
