These people have no regard for understanding students' concerns when they request refunds for specific situations. They instead point fingers at me, claiming I am not a serious student, and threaten to ban me from all examination platforms. They even boast that they will ensure I do poorly in every exam platforms by emailing them, share my contact details with their students to blackmail me, threaten to involve the police, and claim they are on their way to see me.

This institute is truly unprofessional, and even the staff lack manners. They definitely need to improve their customer service skills.

Please do your research before enrolling in such an institute.

The worst ever experience.

Has zero knowledge about IELTS, even teacher cannot speak English. Waste of money. In the seminar, owner participate as a student and behaving like i am paying for course and got 8777 lol. this was the biggest red flag for me. All phots shared in group are edited. Don't trust them

Dear Foreign Prep Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the IELTS preparation package I purchased after attending your free seminar.

During the seminar, several commitments were made regarding the quality of instruction, structured study material, exam strategies, tips and tricks, and focused group classes. Based on these assurances, I paid $150 to enroll in your paid IELTS group classes.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The paid classes lack any structured teaching, meaningful IELTS preparation, or promised strategies. Most sessions consist of casual chatting with no academic value, no study material, and no guidance relevant to the IELTS exam. This is a clear mismatch between what was promised during the seminar and what is being delivered.

Additionally, I attempted to provide honest feedback by posting a review on your Instagram page; however, my comments were repeatedly deleted instead of being addressed. This further adds to my concern regarding transparency and accountability.

Given that the services provided do not align with what was advertised, I believe this constitutes misleading representation. I am therefore requesting a full refund of $150.

Please consider this email as an official complaint. I expect a response within 7 business days. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue by filing a formal complaint with relevant consumer protection authorities and sharing my experience on appropriate public platforms.

I hope this issue can be resolved professionally and amicably.

I joined this institute as a teacher remotely.
On my first day itself (next day after interview and offer letter), I could not take 11pm session due to some urgency and informed the management good 5 hours ago.
The senior started abusing and threatening .
Worst company ever.

I booked a demo with Foreign Prep but due to some reason i wasn’t able to attend the demo session.

Marketing team of this institute started threatening me, they wrote that IDP and BC noticed something suspicious and they will track passport details to make sure that you don’t get good score in IELTS.

teaching standard can be judged from their activities.

AVOID THIS INSTITUTE: I wish I could give them less than one star. They were accommodating and friendly before I signed up, promising to address all my doubts and provide recordings. However, once I paid, their attitude changed drastically. The entire team treated me rudely and failed to deliver on their promises, including the recordings and materials they had assured me of before I enrolled.

I have all the call recordings and chats that they have communicated with me soon they will hear from the cybercrime.

I studied at ForeignPrep and got a 7.5 overall band in my IELTS exam. The trainers were great and guided us well in the live online classes. Their teaching was clear and helpful, making learning easy and fun. I highly recommend ForeignPrep to anyone who wants to do well in their IELTS exam!
